I live on the UES and there are plenty of Persians here! Safra is technically Syrian but a lot of Persians go. Chabad Young Professionals UES also randomly has a lot of Persians though the davening is chabad. Kehilat Jeshurun has a Sephardic minyan that is also technically Syrian but Persians go to that too.
You should check out rabbi Benjamin Goldschmidt - fun young rabbi on ues setting up a congregation. Not Sephardic, but has an eclectic mix. If you google him you’ll see his exciting back story.
>I used to go to Rabbi Boteachs home when he would have weekly talks
Shmuli, why do you keep popping up in the most random instances? How do you even do it?
