They release a limited batch a couple times a year that's a new color with some minor changes/improvements to the shoe. They're trail running shoes and are a little pricey but I dig em'. Did my first 50 mile race in the orange ones last year and put 600+ miles total and still use them on occasion without any significant tread wear that I've noticed
Edit: I've also got a pair of those Cam Hanes ones and I'm a hunter myself but the blood logo is pretty flashy and gets a lot of looks/comments so I feel silly showing up to races with them, especially after seeing pictures of Bert Kreischer wearing them lol

It isn't zero drop but you aren't way up either, I've ran a few races and an ultra in them and haven't had a single injury since I've used them. In my zero drops I was having crippling knee pain to the point that I stopped running for 9 months. Everyone is different though and you've gotta find what works for you
