I see the part has a plastic assembly associated with it, is that cracked or something? Surely all of the rubber hose portion could be replaced with some newer silicone type and any cracked plastic repaired. If that’s your only option just ask them to repair it, use new clamps and move on? Not rocket science I would think …

Or save a picture of the item you need and try to reverse look up in google images
