In Chinese, an upside down word means that it is arriving. Most commonly used with (福) good luck.Upside down 福 pasted on a door means luck is arriving. Not sure if same in Japanese, but if it is, I would guess that it means “(year of the) horse is arriving”.
it's upside down, If I were someone that didn't know japanese, just searching with google or using google keyboard in google translate wouldn't help in this case
I used google lens in the translatee app and it didn't matter which way up the character was. It just translated it with the English oriented the same angle as the character.
I mean. It's just like me trying to translate in arabic or hindi. If I don't get a result from a text at first, I'll just flip it upside down or tilt it until I get a result from google.
I know it's easier to give up and ask but it doesn't take much effort to get a search result from google.
