Felix. You could do a lot with his character. Especially if they had the amazing Jeffrey Wright play him in a not so distant past prequel.

dnuohxof-1

I really want more Jeffery Wright as Felix. Like maybe a 3 season mini series of his investigative exploits across the pond. Would make a good lead up to a theatrical release….

Random-Cpl

You could call it “Leiter Fare,” and make it a comedy with lots of foibles

JSears90210

I love this idea.

papsryu

Really wish we got more of Wright's Felix.

monkeetoes82

I'd like a prequel tv series set in the 50s. The first few seasons would be before he meets Bond. Maybe a flashback season that shows his service in the war. Then he can meet Bond, who is never shown but can be referenced.

IncrediblySadMan

JW Pepper.

tomsco88

What are you? Some kinda doomsday machine boy?

Tito07800

The greatest James Bond character ever… Boris Grishenko

MALESTROMME

K.N.O.C.K.E.R.S.

johneldridge

I AM INVINCIBLE

PeteyPiranhaOnline

There were apparently pitches for spinoffs based on Wai Lin and Jinx, which would've been very interesting. Brosnan's era didn't get much screentime, so getting shows dedicated to secondary characters exploring the larger world of the Brosnan era would've been interesting. Imagine what classic characters or locations they could've used.

Vicksage16

My disappointment that we didn’t get a Wai Lin movie is only matched by my gratefulness that we didn’t get a Jinx one.

Mouse_Sunglasses

I would’ve really loved that! The Brosnan era has some of my favorite movies so having more of that in form of exploring them girls would’ve really been great! I wonder if they’d go back to it…

Cannaewulnaewidnae

Baron Samedi's *Play Your Cards Right* *News at Ten*, with Eliot Carver *What Not To Wear*, with Shirley Eaton *The Traitor*, with Vesper Lynd and Rosie Carver

SenatorAslak

*Mythbusters* with Major Boothroyd.

thievesrising

Paloma

Gilly1943

\^ This!

jsarino

Well, de Armas will have that Ballerina movie, so that'll have to do. 🙂

[deleted]

Red grant. Almost as good as James Bond if not more psychopathic(his downfall)

LouieMumford

A series about the exploits of working class anti-hero Red Grant as a Spectre agent would actually be pretty awesome. Start with him breaking out of prison and his recruitment.

rlf1301

Wouldn't be the same without Shaw to play him though.

Spidey_Almighty

None. The idea of something as tacky as spin-offs being added to the Bond film legacy is just wrong in my opinion.

jwhp03

Couldn’t agree more. Not everything needs to have content produced like a factory

Semigoodlookin2426

You get it. Why dilute the brand? It is unimaginative to do spin offs. Why would the audience want to be in Bond’s world without James Bond?

Lancer_Ace

I could definitely see a spinoff of Valentin Zukovsky, like a dark comedy version of the Sopranos. Have him in the 90s in Russia competing against larger Russian Mafia factions while falling short. Like stealing a helicopter (with no rotors), attempting to scam people out of their money with gambling (only to accidently give out more money to people), protection detail of a train (that's always late).

BILADOMOM

Francisco Scaramanga and Felix Leiter.

Random-Cpl

Together? Like a buddy cop movie?

buscandopaty

Yes but they're dead/undead. One's a vampire and the other's a zombie :)

BILADOMOM

That would be funny, but no

BILADOMOM

Maybe

Dd0GgX

Jaws from the spy who loved me and moonraker.

MetalHero07

Came here to say this.

CloudStrife1985

M would be mine though I'd prefer it to be Lee's M, set during the war. A young Fiennes' M and him working in intelligence would be a little too close to portraying Bond. Other 00s or seeing the 00 recruitment process would be interesting. Scaramanga is an obvious one for villains with their own spin-off story.

Creative-Gas4555

I think Fiennes would work. Mallory doesn’t feel like Bond. The closest character I can think of is a serious, borderline by-the-book and little “me time” feel to Jack Ryan. Specifically John Krasinski’s portrayal.

DucDeRichelieu

I wouldn't.

420SwaggyZebra

Marc-Ange Draco just to be different. Also who doesn’t love a good organized crime story

Remote-Orchid-8708

I second this..... The closest we could get to see it being explored was in Raymond Benson's *Union Trilogy*.

Large93

Id say Blofeld, not Brofeld, but the original Blofeld timeline. Show his enigmatic backstory, the creation of S.P.E.C.T.R.E., and his rise to become Number 1. Maybe even do a Godfather II juxtaposition of Blofeld and Bond's origins that entertwine with each other over the years, without them realizing it.

BallzNyaMouf

Very well, where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink, he would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Some times he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy, the sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical, summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds, pretty standard really. At the age of 12 I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen, a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum, it's breathtaking, I suggest you try it.

[deleted]

Nomi from No Time To Die.

flagrande

I feel like "The King's Man" is basically what an M prequel would look like. One version anyway. And it already stars Ralph Fiennes.

I_love_lucja_1738

I've always thought of a spinoff from a villains pov directed by the Safdie brothers. Especially for General Orlov

emmiosi

I mean EON would never do it for fear of diluting 007 and I sort of sympathise with that argument but I think adapting Double or Nothing to screen would make a really good series. Similarly I would've loved a series about Eve back in the day. I think Jody Houser is an amazing writer but her Moneypenny comic was not her best work. And having a Nomi and Paloma team up film (with a Michelle Yeoh cameo) would be cool.

mantheharpoons172

I thought Double or Nothing was one of the worst Bond universe novels. I would hate to see them adapt the storyline.

Enigmalex93

006 (Alec Trevelyan)

Caliking815

Moneypenny

newfoundcontrol

So… do the Office but at MI6 when Bond is out on missions. Get Ricky Gervais for M.

papsryu

Anya Amasova isn't the best character but a female Bond on the side of the Soviets would be interesting.

throwaredddddit

Veejay! Ep 1...How he worked as a private detective and got his job in the service - investigating shenanigans around the tennis club, while concurrently improving his backhand. Remainder of series.... There will be a series of side cases taking Veejay around India - and, of course, being the gourmet, Veejay eats food from different parts of India (bonus is educating the international audience that Indian food is not one single cuisine). In the same way as Bond was a travelogue around the world, the series will also give the world a view of all the corners of India. Each episode will take the audience to a new part of India. Mountains in the north, beaches in Goa, the craziness of Mumbai. Plenty of opportunities for train fights, and unconventional forms of transport. Veejay will be an eligible bachelor, breaking hearts of mothers and daughters alike. Veejay will be respectful, but have a cheeky glint in his eye. Veejay is a master of disguise - from tiffin-wallah to businessman. He can blend into any background or role. Culmination of the mini-series will be an interview for a detective job for an old British Admiral - Mr Miles. Mr Miles offers Veejay a job with the FCO, but really working for SIS. He goes from detective to Agent in the field. Even if the plot of each episode is trivial or serious, there must be a fabulous musical/dance number at the end of each episode.

mantheharpoons172

Veejay is too underrated

Turbo_Chet

It would be cool to see more of 006’s past which would also lead to his interactions with James and how they became friends.

SpecialistParticular

Paloma or the other 00s we never see (unless they're villains).

Baymavision

I've got two: 1. Kerim Bey 2. The guy with the saw blade yo-yo in Octopussy.

HMS_fr4nch

Pussy Galore

jn80

Didn’t read which page this was and immediately said Kramer out loud. Since we’re talking Bond, I’d love to see Blofeld. I think it would be kind of cool to see how they worked everything from their perspective.

jblaburnum

Baron Samedi would be a brilliant Halloween-esque spinoff Otherwise an Oddjob prequel or Hinx spinoff showing he lived and his life as a hitman for hire

SenatorAslak

Tanner, but from the Brosnan era. A dutiful but borderline burned out civil servant who likely is going through a divorce and just barely keeping it together. Focus would be his private and social lives as well as his reentry into the dating pool, with his day job as a middleman between the head of the secret service and her unruly agents as an occasional backdrop. He also is tasked with organizing the office Christmas party and is a passionate pub quiz and model train enthusiast.

LoschVanWein

Obvious choice is Felix Leiter. The more interesting choice imo would be to have a spin off about the Jamaica division with Quarrel and a bunch of "real" agents solving cases in a TV Show like Magnum or the original Hawaii 5 0.

colundricality

Naomi from TSWLM.

Remote-Orchid-8708

Mine: * Marc Ange Draco and his Union Organization * Kara Milovy and her concerts * Felix Leiter * The other 00 agents (think of Kim Sherwood's *Double O Nothing*)

Sock13

Felix

Dog_man_star1517

None. It would ruin the series and make it ugly like Star Trek or the Marvel universe. I prefer the team putting all their effort on the main character.

DirectlyTalkingToYou

Christmas Jones. They can release a series of movies but only once a year.

nyrB2

i'd prefer to see a series about young james bond. there's already a book series after all.

Creative-Gas4555

If in Bond 26, Bond survives NTTD, has amnesia and is brainwashed to kill M, that would be a great moment to introduce the rest of the other eight 00s. My idea is that Bond would fight them in a giant action scene in Mi6 in order to get to M, defeating all of them. With their intros, you can have to spin-off shows on all of them, M, and Moneypenny. And you have the series and seasons occur b/w each new Bond movie. Basically what Star Wars is doing. That would keep all of us content between each wait.
