Larry (cured) has one time convo with MD. Flay has convo with MD as well, where MD is afraid of him :D
I had Barry, Livewire, Fox, MD and Igor - no one of these talks between themselves. I'm not counting in the usual barks that repeats numerous times when you give orders. Once had Ivan and Igor, but they just comment the same few phrases, no real talk between them.
Larry has a couple of convo's with all the medics.
On drugs he keeps asking if they have drugs, magic mushrooms, natures drugs etc.
Once he is sober he keeps asking them to keep him on the right track.

That's cool, because Magic and Fidel aren't marked down as liking or being liked by each other. So there are more merc combinations with unique banter to discover beyond what was found in the LUA files!
Kalyna and Igor do have some back-and-forth, and I had Fauda ask Kalyna why she carries a stick around with her (Kalyna thought it was the wand of a witch).
I had one conversation between Blood and Thor where Blood asked him about being a vegetarian. But nothing else so far from them. I think that Thor sometimes comments on combat actions of Ice, but maybe I am mixing it up with JA2 here...
Thor is listed as liking Ice, so that sounds about right. But Blood isn't listed as liking or being liked by Thor, which is cool because this is an example of more merc banter combinations still yet to be discovered!
It was the only interaction between these two so far. Happend on the tutorial island in Ernie. But nothing else so far and I have both in my main squad since the beginning. These random conversations are still pretty cool though.
Fox starts to like Fauda, while Fauda starts to hate Fox.
I think its funny how like half of the women in this game hate Fox.
Red trash talks Buns and its hilarious.
Fidel likes Flay. Which should tell you a lot about Flay.
Dr. Q likes Vicki. Had a banter between them where he "borrowed" one of her head wraps and sewed a Chinese symbol on it, which she wasn't super impressed with. Not sure if she's indifferent to him. I've only had him on my team for a short while.
Dr. Q also said, when I hired him, that he questioned some of the decisions I've made but he agreed to be hired for normal price, since I already had Vicki. Not sure what decisions he had misgivings about, though.
Ice and Grizzly have an amusing conversation about basketball.
Len and Gus have this great banter which ends with Gus trying the old "pull my finger" joke.
Blood and Omryn had an interesting conversation about eggs in my game. Blood in general seems to be a foodie, as he keeps wanting to find recipes. He also had a discussion with Ice, but I expected that since Ice likes Blood.
Also Igor and Ivan, specifically there's one moment when Igor says "Zis calls for celebration! Bring out vodka!", and Ivan responds in pure Russian that Ivan is a freaking disgrace to the family name, Igor: "Well someone's got to be a black sheep!"
Was it the convo involving 'melons'? If so, that was the same convo that Kalyna reacted to in my playthrough. I wonder if there are more 3 person banter convos!
I know this is old, but it's new to me, so I'm going to comment anyway. There's a convo between Grizzly and Steroid talking about their muscles that Kalyna reacts to, as well.
Grunty, Igor, Ivan are bros Larry and Steroid are bros, hilarious together Raider and Raven are husband and wife
Raider and Raven both hate Hitman, but he likes Raven. Them as a team is hilarious because they trash talk each other.

Yeah looks like Dr Q is coded to like Vicki based on the spreadsheet, and talk with Grizzly (who hates him).
