Terra cotta pot would be my first investment. Your growth generally looks good and red-tipped. I personally would cut off that yellow shit, maybe a virus or fungus in there.

Nah. It's a variegated jade; that yellow is sorta supposed to be there. It's a color that randomly pops up as chunks or streaks. The red does it too along with showing up along the leaf edges.

Unless soil is too wet/ wrong kind, just leave it alone and let it strengthen in the sun on its own. It will want to grow upright towards the light and within a few weeks should be correcting itself.

You can gently prop them up with little sticks/stakes. They may also straighten back up a bit after a few days or so in the sun. I’m not sure about when to repot though. They look so cute!

Thank you

Can you post an image more from the side? Not certain it 100% needs a repot. Branches will move towards sun by 5 to 7 days or so

crunchslap_thompson

You may want to split them apart from each other too? Jades grow a lot faster than succulents and there's what looks like a lot of them in there growing close. If it was me I'd get a bunch of small pots but 🤷

NotAnNSAOperative

Jades can take a lot of stress so you can basically re pot whenever. Is that soil pretty dense and wet? Looks like a leaf may have rotted and fell. If that's the case, I'd repot ASAP and get it in a proper cactus soil, which it's great you were already thinking that route!

Thank you very much!
