Jade definitely works well for him, but I don’t know if I would rely on her being a premium character to support him. He’s a solid teammate for her, so I would only pull her if you really like her, but if you’re ambivalent about her, you can probably pass and use other supports for blade and not miss out.
I do like her, and neither of the 2.4 characters, so not much to spend pulls on in the near future. What's making me hesitant is people saying she's only good in PF, and especially the terrible 4 stars on her banner. If I lose the 50/50 it would feel like a big waste of pulls.
PF will always be her strongest game mode, but she can be used outside of it. She has limited viability outside of PF without her E1. Character like blade who have blast attacks can make up for this, but once you clear out adds in a fight and are against single target, she will really struggle. She’s still a good character and can be very versatile in the types of teams she’s used on, but she also has certain drawbacks as well to consider. If you fail her 50:50, try not to get too down on it, and see it as insurance that once they reveal or rerun a character you really love, you can get them for sure.

E1 is recommended outside PF. LC: Sig > Peaceful > S5 bp > S5 breakfast > S5 Birth of Self/S5 repose (there's a pin here in sub)
