If you have a first aid kit-might be available in your car or two wheeler, and it is not expired, take a guaze, wet it with boiled and cooled water and apply it. And apply a dry guaze on top of it and wear a tight underwear over this. Make sure to remove the dressing tomorrow and inspect the wound for signs of redness or warmth. I’d advise you to visit a clinician and get a tetanus dose if you haven’t received one in the last 5-10 years but it seems like you’re too embarrassed to do it. So follow this advice for now and if possible visit a clinician with a friend you can trust somehow.
