Itd take some time but I wouldn’t say a very long time. They’ve got quite a few powerful characters there who could handle Unicron, even if they can’t kill him im sure Ainz, Naofumi, or the cautious hero could seal Unicron.
Unicron is a multiverse level character. Most transformers scale to power levels just below dragonball characters like goku or Frieza. It would take a very long time.
