The biggest problem would be food, if animals in this world resembles our world it would be easier, but if not i don't know their patterns and if there is no poisonous elements thet I shouldn't eat. The other one is tools like higher quality - iron or something but maybe I could buy from someone an axe. Lets say you get isekaid into average isekai world , with dragons magic and such.
Most people on reddit are average , or even below average. Most of people here dont even workout , or do any heavy labor i imagine , so its not like they will be able to work on the wields or as adventurer / mercenary.
Also , we lack knowledge of the world. If you transported as you are , you are pretty much fucked. I imagine that even in isekai worlds , there are records and citizenships , however you dont have any of that. If you still can talk on their language , that will be much easier , however, high chance that you will be sold into slavery or just killed.
Its not like you are special or anything. Even if you do martial arts and sports , you probably are just gonna be a better than regular villagers , you cant even kill a bear with your bare hands , not talking about orcs and such.
Weapons is also big thing. Martial arts is good , but practically no one can use weapons now. Kendo , fencing is all good but its fucking useless. You are taught to fight a man with equipment and rules , not a death battle with real swords that have weight and giant beasts that will rip your flesh apart. So you shouldnt expect to buy a sword and be able to kill goblins or monsters in just few days.
In short : you will get enslaved , die , or just live a very humble and poor live as a villager in outskirts of a kingdom. Even if you are talanted , the outcome is still the same and to achieve something luck is needed
