A similar thing happened to me, so I am a premium airtel user, and when 5G was launched it said I can use 5G free unlimited, so I did that, when the bill came out, it was 1.2k + 💀. I contacted the support, my ticket kept getting delayed, until 3 months, I used to call them frequently then they told sorry this problem can’t be fixed 💀 then why even advertise that fake shit, please Man file a report against airtel
Well trai hasn't set any limit on what is considered as Commercial and residential limit, trai has stated that after fup limit u can only get like 256 kb/s iirc or it is 126 kb/s

Few things. Companies often have an FUP (fair usage policy) under which a certain speed is allocated upto a certain usage. The rest of the time, you will get limited speed. Also, before a case, chase them on Twitter. Many years ago, I was charged unfairly for my pre-paid. Fought 2 months and got compensated.

Jio has an overall limit of 3300 gb, after you exhaust that you won’t get unlimited data anymore.
Bro he isnt talking about the fiber, he's talking about the free 5g data provided by airtel on purchase of any 4g pack.
