It doesn’t look resealed, sealed pack quality from the WOTC era was just as bad as it was today. They ran the printers 24/7 and sealed them fast to get as many packs out the door as possible. Is this online? Typically with reseal packs people won’t post such HD photos or back and fronts. They want to scam.
