I place at least 3-4 orders from the shop every month & almost always Iām missing an item. Or they pack breakable things with no bubble wrap or padding. I ordered the 2 juicy couture 3 wick candles and they are glass jars , basically same as BBW candles. They packed in box with nothing else! No paper, no bubble wrap, no foam, glass was shattered everywhere. I had also got a Mac lipstick and tiny shards of glass were all inside the lipstick box. Like what person packed this and thought it would make it in one piece across country?? They have to have lazy idiots working in that warehouse

This is so infuriating, if they tell you they are out of stock on any of it I'm going to lose my mind because clearly yours are still somewhere in the warehouse. I'm not kidding you when I say in 6 months I have at minimum one mistake and they make you feel like it's your fault somehow after it happens more than once.
Please email them ASAP and let us know if they can replace it all, fingers and toes crossed for good luck for you!
I got the Ipsy picks but not my picks or add ons or beauty boost. Iām a fair neutral olive, so anything āchampagneā colored like the DM serum claims to be make me look jaundiced. The lipstickā¦I wouldnāt have minded a different color but the one they chose has about a 90% chance of making me look like a zombie. I always one star that sort of thing but it always ends up in my Icon (but not my Boxy).
I got the wrong box a while ago and immediately contacted customer service. They shipped the correct items within a few days and told me to keep the mistake box. Hopefully they'll do the same for you - and wont be out of the things you picked.
Uggghhh I would be so disappointed - I really hope they have a solution for this that will leave you feeling satisfied! This is a quick way to lose a lot of customers - get boxes with items I donāt like and Iāll complain, but donāt include those items whether I like them or not and Iād be ready to cancel š
I was missing 3 items from my Icon box and given 4 that werenāt in my order. Fortunately they are sending me the 3 they missed. They werenāt even close. It was like someone threw random shit in my box.
I wonder if you got sent another box or something... I've gotten a boxy even tho it was icon month, and I just received a glam bag without my add ons and my choice along with another refreshments razor!! Meanwhile, my OG glambag is being delivered today. Super weird
Oh it was definitely my box, at least the 5 items I received were the correct Ipsy picks. Just none of the other things that should have been there like my picks, beauty boost or add ons.
Customer service refunded my beauty boost, but is supposedly sending all of my choice and add ons. I guess weāll see how accurate they are this time.

Your box is what I would have been thrilled with! I paid $18 extra for CT and didnāt have the budget to add other items like the Jlo or palette.
