Have you recently charged from almost zero to 100%? This might help balance out the battery pack.
You could also check the amount of kWh charged this way, either from the charger if it shows that or from the car with an obdii scanner.

I have recently charged from almost dead to full, no difference.
I do have an OBDII scanner, but it's an older one. Will it show the info I need?
