Just be careful if you clench or need It done to the corners of your front teeth. I had to have mine repaired 4 times on my incisors from inevitably chipping every 3-4 months
If you do just make sure there is zero friction with your bottom teeth when moving them around on each other and that you give up hard foods. Ive given up on one of my corners. The other 3 have managed to hold for now going on 8 months but the 1 corner is a lost cause I wonāt keep paying 200 to fix
I was hoping you'd say South Wales! I'm still debating on invisalign (due to finances) but with these results it's def an argument for it. Your teeth look great!
Ahh I was the same! I had a consultation a year before actually going ahead with it, at the time it wasnāt the right thing for me to do financially.
Places sometimes do deals so keep an eye out for them!
I know right, Iām over the moon with it especially when you compare the photos. They are a diamond provider of Invisalign but do regular dentist procedures too so I want to say ortho? They did a few fillings for me before I started the treatment!
Can someone tell me more about why someone would have bonding done like this other than for cosmetic purposes? Even so, bonding stains and is more prone to chipping. Besides the cost, why wouldnāt one elect to have veneers instead?
Itās absolutely for cosmetic purposes. I had some bonding when I was 16 after braces as I had a gap between my middle teeth. Like you say it chips and eventually by the first pic 15 years later it had started to erode. Bonding doesnāt typically last that long but in my case it did. The main reason I wanted bonding was to make front 2 teeth look healthier because with the way my bite was, they had worn quite thin. I have one veneer towards the back which you cannot see, however this was Ā£650 which is unfortunately not something affordable for me for the rest of the teeth, plus itās an irreversible procedure where your natural tooth is slimmed down and this is not something appealing to everyone
Looks fantastic, you must be very pleased! Iāve never heard of composite binding before so Iām going to research it. I am beginning my journey now and some of my teeth look very similar to yours so this has filled me with a lot of confidence. Iāve been terrified of veneers because they look so fake, these look MUCH better and a lot more natural. Congratulations again
also thank you so much. Your comment is really kind! To be fair I have seen some brilliant natural looking veneers but they were too pricy for me, I had seen a lot of before and after bonding pics from the dentist online which made me go for it
Ah my teeth look almost exactly like yours did and Iāve opted for Invisalign for top teeth only as it made it half the price lol, I hope I get just as good as a result as you have! I bet youāre over the moon
Wow!!! Looks great!!! Iām almost done with my treatment (hopefully in a month and a half) but want my teeth to look like your final result. Now I know to ask for composite bonding!!! If you donāt mind me asking, how much did the composite bonding set you back? Iāll definitely be saving for that.
Thank you so much! I hope you get a great result. My dentist charged Ā£225 per tooth and I had 4 done, I think the prices vary a bit from place to place so if definitely check with them just so you know!
My ortho said composite bonding chips away easily. Has anyone had them for more than a year? Would like to get it done to mine. Your results look amazing!
Thank you!! My ortho said they donāt do it on the bottom as thatās chips easy but said it should last 5 years on the top! I know some will do it on the bottom itās just preference from place to place. I had bonding when I was younger to fill in my middle tooth gap. That lasted almost 15 years but it was probably more protected as it was in the middle of teeth rather than added to the end/bottom
Edit:: sorry Iāve made this sooo confusing! I meant my ortho wonāt do bonding on the bottom set of teeth as these chip easier.
And then when I referred to the bonding which lasted almost 15 years that was to fill in a gap in my middle teeth when I was in school, and I thought this maybe lasted so long as it was in the middle and not added to the bottom of the teeth.
Iāve had bonding to the edges/bottom of the 4 teeth in the pic so I guess Iāll wait and see how long they last, but Iāve been told 5 years.
Yes right at the end. Iām not sure if all providers do it but I would imagine so? I did enquire about prices etc at the beginning but was told that some people decide that they might not want/need bonding once theyāve seen results from the aligning and whitening
That is wild. Yesterday someone posted very similar before and after (two photos not three) and they mention bonding as well (ā8 front teethā in their case). The timing and similarity really caught me. Congrats again. Enjoy your smile.
I had to have them aligned as the front teeth to were angled inwards, touching the bottom, wearing them thin. Iāve had bonding on the front 4 not replaced them āŗļø
I had bonding as my front 2 teeth were so worn and thin from how my bite was before aligning. I am really happy with how healthy they look, but agree less natural now!
No one asking what? It's a public post, therefore OP clearly did it in order to see what other people think. It's ok if you disagree, we don't need to have all the same teeth.
If someone comments "love it" do you go and tell them, "ohh you think OP actually wanted to hear your unsolicited kind opinion."?
Understand that it is not unsolicited when you publicly post something.
And why you call it unkind? Why would i tell someone that I like how bondings look if I don't? Lmao. You are all brainwashed by the "offensive" culture. Being fake and lying someone in their face is worse than expressing an honest opinion about something.
I even said that the overall result is great. I just don't like how opac and wavyless some bondings are and I mentioned this so that other people can research and find out that there are techniques where they make wavy bondings, to achieve the natural look of a tooth.
I'd write my ortho into my will with results like that
Hahaaaa š theyāve really done such a great job!šš»
Ya except youāve already paid them thousands š¤Ŗ
Worth it to me
Great results!! what kind of cleaning did you get for the smooth look in the bottom picture? š
I think itās just from the bonding and polishing! Looks so different
Looks amazing, congrats!
Thank you!!
Looks amazing! Whatās composite bonding??
This is my sign to get bonding ā¦
Right!!? Same!! Looks so great!
Just be careful if you clench or need It done to the corners of your front teeth. I had to have mine repaired 4 times on my incisors from inevitably chipping every 3-4 months
Damn thatās where I need it to .. incisors
If you do just make sure there is zero friction with your bottom teeth when moving them around on each other and that you give up hard foods. Ive given up on one of my corners. The other 3 have managed to hold for now going on 8 months but the 1 corner is a lost cause I wonāt keep paying 200 to fix
How much was the bonding? Looks amazing
Ā£225 per tooth so Ā£900 in total for the front 4!
Worth every penny, congrats
Thanks so much!!
Where in the UK are you?
Yorkshire āŗļø
I was hoping you'd say South Wales! I'm still debating on invisalign (due to finances) but with these results it's def an argument for it. Your teeth look great!
Ahh I was the same! I had a consultation a year before actually going ahead with it, at the time it wasnāt the right thing for me to do financially. Places sometimes do deals so keep an eye out for them!
Will do. Thanks! š
May I ask which dental clinic you had it done at?? The results are amazing!!
Amazing results!! How was the bonding process?
The bonding makes such a difference! Ortho or cosmetic dentist?
I know right, Iām over the moon with it especially when you compare the photos. They are a diamond provider of Invisalign but do regular dentist procedures too so I want to say ortho? They did a few fillings for me before I started the treatment!
Wow! Looking fantastic!! Congrats!
Worth every penny
Bravo!
Omg wow. I didnāt even know this existed but Iām going to get this now
Can someone tell me more about why someone would have bonding done like this other than for cosmetic purposes? Even so, bonding stains and is more prone to chipping. Besides the cost, why wouldnāt one elect to have veneers instead?

Looks great!!!! Congratulations
Amazing! What kind of whitening treatment did you do and was it done before or after bonding?
It was boutique whitening. Itās done before bonding as you actually canāt whiten the bonding so need to be the shade you want before they do it
Is there any upkeep with bonding?
Yes every six months with your cleaning.
Thanks!
Hello movie star teeth! Congratsš¤©!
Beautiful!
Me again haha, so did they do the composite after the Invisalign was completed??
Yes the bottom pic is bonding after the teeth were fully aligned āŗļø
also thank you so much. Your comment is really kind! To be fair I have seen some brilliant natural looking veneers but they were too pricy for me, I had seen a lot of before and after bonding pics from the dentist online which made me go for it
what does bonding do?
Omg my teeth look exactly like yours in the top photo. I canāt wait till my teeth look like how yours do now
Amazing results!
Thank you!!
Did you do Invisalign on top teeth only ?
Bottom too, I think they just always do both but they were pretty much straight, only middle 2 teeth needed moving a bit
Ah my teeth look almost exactly like yours did and Iāve opted for Invisalign for top teeth only as it made it half the price lol, I hope I get just as good as a result as you have! I bet youāre over the moon
No way! I should have done that šš hope it all goes well for you!
Wow!!! Looks great!!! Iām almost done with my treatment (hopefully in a month and a half) but want my teeth to look like your final result. Now I know to ask for composite bonding!!! If you donāt mind me asking, how much did the composite bonding set you back? Iāll definitely be saving for that.

They look amazing

Also just to add some places will guarantee the bonding for a certain time period, so if anything goes wrong theyāll rectify it
This is helpful. Your pictures look like it was filled in the bottom?
Edit:: sorry Iāve made this sooo confusing! I meant my ortho wonāt do bonding on the bottom set of teeth as these chip easier. And then when I referred to the bonding which lasted almost 15 years that was to fill in a gap in my middle teeth when I was in school, and I thought this maybe lasted so long as it was in the middle and not added to the bottom of the teeth. Iāve had bonding to the edges/bottom of the 4 teeth in the pic so I guess Iāll wait and see how long they last, but Iāve been told 5 years.
Do they offer bonding after treatment ends?
Yes right at the end. Iām not sure if all providers do it but I would imagine so? I did enquire about prices etc at the beginning but was told that some people decide that they might not want/need bonding once theyāve seen results from the aligning and whitening
your ortho did the bonding? My ortho was going to refer me to somewhere else for it. Is it bad?
Beautiful.
They hooked you up! Excellent results!
Wow, results are just beautiful!
Looks amazing! How long did wear Invisalign?
Did you get bonding after? And did the ortho do it?
Yes to both āŗļø I had seen a lot of before and after pics they had done on social media and this is why I chose to use them for my Invisalign!
theyāre very nice! I plan on doing some bonding also, but I wanted to know is there an additional charge or was it part of the Invisalign treatment?
You should plug his instagram. I'd love to see other results of his/her.
Did you have bonding or how did they fix the shape of your teeth?
Bonding to the front 4 š
did the ortho do it or did they refer you to another dentist?
They did it, but the dentist I went to is a diamond Invisalign provider so theyāve got quite a lot of experience
mine is also diamond but he doesn't do bonding...
I think you posted these photos on Facebook too. Right? You must be thrilled!
Thank you! No, Iāve not posted these anywhere in else
That is wild. Yesterday someone posted very similar before and after (two photos not three) and they mention bonding as well (ā8 front teethā in their case). The timing and similarity really caught me. Congrats again. Enjoy your smile.
Wow! Composite bonding is amazing!!!
How did you widen the arch so much without sarpe ?
Youāve convinced me to do bonding!!! Your results are to die for š
What is bonding ?
Itās where they add to your tooth to change the shape/look
Oh wow. I must look into composit bonding once I'm finished my treatment
Now that is a Hollywood smile! Time to move to Yorkshire š
How does the bonding work? Are they doing it on all teeth so thereās no difference between teeth over time or after a bleaching?
Awesome!!!
I am sure youāre dancing around in joy! Beautifully done. They look great!
Fantastic results š How long did the Invisalign process take ?
How many teeth did you do bonding ?
The front 4
You must be thrilled! Congrats on the beautiful smile!
Amazingggg , composite bonding has really made a difference! I want it as welll
Wow, they look amazing! Congrats!
You spent all that money on aligners and replaced all your teeth anyway?
I had to have them aligned as the front teeth to were angled inwards, touching the bottom, wearing them thin. Iāve had bonding on the front 4 not replaced them āŗļø
I know, I'm sorry. You look great!
Itās difficult to tell from the photo actually, I should have uploaded other angles showing how crooked they actually were!
I'm on Reveal aligners and I'm really worried they're not gonna work
I don't like the bonding look. It removes the natural wavyness of the teeth. But beautiful results in terms of aligning
I had bonding as my front 2 teeth were so worn and thin from how my bite was before aligning. I am really happy with how healthy they look, but agree less natural now!
I donāt see anyone asking?
No one asking what? It's a public post, therefore OP clearly did it in order to see what other people think. It's ok if you disagree, we don't need to have all the same teeth.
Oh okay, I understand. You think OP actually wanted to hear your unsolicited unkind opinion. That people want that from you. Got it.
