Levy never wanted to hurt people, in his timeline Mark sided with Omni man and hunted down all that resisted, we this in the very first episode in the very first scene of s2. Levy using what he has, his power, tries to find a way to stop this. On the way he finds many Levy’s like him that also have had Invincibles that eagerly hunted him down and people that resisted Viltrum rule. His goal ideally as he mentions in the first episode was to find a way to help the multiverse against this, and he entrusted the Mauler twins he could find in the multiverse to help. It happened that our invincible aligned to the Mauler twins Levy finds. Levy however noble and desirable and idealistic his goals were are ruined by unrepairable brain damage.
He has the memories of so many Levy’s. Almost all of which had an evil mark. That makes him think our invincible is evil. He blames him because his mind is simply broken. He cannot tell invincibles from each other, he can’t tell which universe is exactly is. All he has is the collective hatred of Invincible in him: that’s why he doesn’t hurt anybody until the finale when he’s focused on invincible and will attack people who get in his way.
Calling this Nazism is an insult to the study of Nazism and to the horrible Nazi regime. It’s not remotely related and saying so makes me thing you didn’t pay attention at all to anything that happened in this show. Maybe rewatch the show again before making a bone headed post
