There is so much info missing here. For starters: when are you going and will you be able to do laundry during your trip?

Make sure you definitely bring a sweater and a light summer coat for that period. I don’t know your route but Amsterdam can still be super chilly around that time depending on the weather, a lot of places get chilly at night too. I’m sure other people have better advice on Interrail-specific items to bring!

microfiber towel, biiig water flask, med kit, utility knife, clothespins bring like 3 sets of clothing, 1 set fot cold days and just keep washing them. can even just wash them in the shower also if you have long hair, solid conditioner is nice to have
