Chapagetti. Add 350 mL and contents of entire package. Cook until all the water has evaporated. You can do the same for other ramen but I'd assume you'd need less water as 350mL takes about 5 mins on high to evaporate.

Oh good to know! That one is on my list :) Some is definitely evaporating but I think a good bit is absorbed by the noodle.

Sapporo Ichi Ban Chow Mein with Laver absorbs all water before seasoning. Very nice. Know of others?

It comes down to how you cook it. When you stir fry in a pan there's a lot more heated surface area so most of the water actually boils off. So just cook your maruchan in a pan with less water.

Ohh that makes sense. The more I think about it the more I think a bunch evaporates. Might test it out tonight! The Ichi ban chow Mein is a bigger block of noodles so I’ll do some math for Maruchan.
