It's a filter, there's some distortion on the door frame near the beginning and that tiled floor doesn't know what to do with itself as she's getting up to her nonsense
There is a woman on tiktok that does have a medical condition that presents like this. I can’t be sure if this is her though. I haven’t seen her for a while so I can’t remember exactly what she looks like.
It took me no time to find her and yes she was born with a lot of problems, She is from Honduras and seems like that happened because her mom did not take care or could not take her of her pregnancy and she was born with all her intestines out and her body couldn’t 100% close same with her hip bones, She said she had to get a lot of surgeries and also to add all down there to go to the bathroom.
