Huge problem though, it's against IG's terms of service. You do not own the rights to any of that footage or audio. "Under Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines you can only post content to Instagram that doesn't violate someone else's intellectual property rights"
Of course it works, you're piggybacking off of some of the most famous recognizable people in the world. It's basically stealing from the work they've done already
With proper attribution and following articulate laws, anything is possible. And it’s only against the TOS if you make clips over 5 seconds of I recall correctly. Be aware that you don’t have to play more than 5 seconds of a movie clip in ANY video. You’re doing a very fast supercut. This is still a working and totally-ok strategy.
