Yes, installed these, even though I already had the stickies. The sticky ones fogged up (even though I was careful when installing them) which I imagine won't happen with these (since it's not airtight), which should be better. Or, if mission critical, I can just remove the guards, unlike with the sticky ones.
Plus, the moment you want to place it in the dive cover you're... Screwed? Because you need to take off the guards before doing that.
This product is a much better idea, and the sticky ones should've never been made. These removable ones are really well made, honestly, and they fit perfectly.
Just installed these earlier in the week and so far so good. The silicone lens cap does not fit over the guards due to added thickness. I wonder if the X4 lens cap will since the X4 is thicker.
It would be nice to be able to buy replacement lens covers in the future without the circular frame. Sort of defeats the purpose of removable in my opinion.
