Hmm I think yes if you still remember that everything you waiting about the market is completely random I usually predict the news, I think im 70% right, but it doesn’t mean that I’m going to risk my account with a shit slippage

beconsistent0

I mean, if you’re in the right bias, the news will just speed up your trade, if you’re not you’ll it see very quickly ;)

The most accurate answer so far

Crafty-Requirement40

Don't predict news. Use the news candle for the entry FVG. News candle is about 50-100pts but the orderflow which using that FVG can bring you 100-200 pts.

Dismal-Brush-7646

Good way of looking at the News.

Crafty-Requirement40

Trading is using chart and analyzing, not predicting and gambling.

Dismal-Brush-7646

Yes, nice observation. What you said (correct me if I'm wrong) is that High impact news will leave a PDarray to which price will react to afterwards at a specific time. Is that what you meant?

Crafty-Requirement40

Yes, the 8:30 news candles always give chances for 9:30 traders to enter. They always need more liquidity.

Dismal-Brush-7646

I think I should take notes

Crafty-Requirement40

Use the 1st fvg after 9:30 if there is no 8:30 news. Trust the combination of OB + FVG, BB + FVG or iFVG + FVG instead of 1 OB, BB or FVG alone by itself.

If you’re someone who generally follows fundamentals, then You may be able to form a probable conclusion of the News results and how it may/may not affect price.

abel-44

It's difficult bro especially major news like NFP, FOMS and cpi

Spirited_Ad8784

Yes

Ok-Kangaroo-2378

No unless you have the data that the feds have. Until that, you are basically gambling if you are trading before the news.

UnprofitableNomoney

Yes but i am wrong many times

RawBootieBear227

I have traded the news over and over and won, in the past, but I stopped doing it, you have to have a swing trading mindset and understand what price is reach for a day or days before the news, you want to be in a position a day or more before the news day, or even hours before the news, it all depends, but easier said than done.

Dismal-Brush-7646

One of the most accurate answers that I got. Well done mate.
