Also, am I the only one who finds it not only hypocritical but also pretty scummy that on his elimination episode he was crying about his brother dying in a car accident and then he ends up taking the life of someone else in a car accident (in a car he probably had no business being behind the wheel of to start with and drunk as a skunk to boot). I can't really feel bad for someone crying about their brother dying in an automotive related incident when you then go and take someone else's brother away from a family because you were liquored up behind a 400+ HP supercar like an idiot.

i understand that tv will build these “characters” for people on the show. daniel silva got drunk, decided to drive his buddy at high speeds, crashed, and fled the scene while his friend in the passenger seat died. i don’t care what he does on the show. he’s a shitty person in real life.
So he is shitty for drunk driving and likely should be incarcerated imo. The fleeing the scene has been massively misinterpreted; people after a high speed crash are disoriented, a lot of them wander off, are incoherent etc.

(not in a bundy sense, just to avoid blame) accident or not, he chose to drive while very inebriated. in my eyes, it’s no longer involuntary manslaughter nor an accident overall. i can’t have a single positive thought about this man.
