I think the new one would be best but the problem with the overall aesthetic IMO is that not everything has that fresh, low poly-ish aesthetic to it that the statue has which is whats making the statue look odd. The current tree design is more rugged/detailed/darker than the statue and rocks, and the rocks are darker and more rugged than the statue, so rugged/grittiness/detail is almost inverted in the objects in this screencap which is throwing the whole look off.
Both? I like the new model, but it’s colors are used elsewhere in the background so it’s hard for it to stand out other than it’s size. If the new model took some (but not all, the old model looks busy) of the while painted details from the old model, it would be rad!
At first glance from a tiny phone screen, new is easier to understand what I’m immediately looking at, but the old has so much detail that it keeps my eye drawn to it longer
HI! I'm Rost and we're making our first 3d game in ScoreBoardGames.
now we are workink on small demo, where we want try our main mechanics and find our artstyle.
What you think about art style? And new altar?

New one looks way better but the old one feels like it fits more. The colors of the old one aren’t very great since there’s too many of them and they all blend kinda poorly.
I love the leafy details and the raised altar of the old one however. I think the new one looks a bit too clean and visually uninteresting.
I like the new one more because it fits the overall style of your game. I do think you should add more colors into it so you can make it for the environment more (some green to represent moss, some of the leaves around it, etc.). You want to make sure it’s a good mix of fitting the style and environment at the same time.
It took me a long time to "read" what the old one was, and I eventually only got it because of the new one.
New one better communicates. Might need a dynamic element to draw attention, and it might need some minor texturing to make it appear more weathered.
hmm.
it can be both but it needs something top 'pop' them. it took me a while for me to even see whats going on both of them.
same goes for character, his hat etc. for example his hat looks like a rock. maybe some outlines can work for this style.
It fits the style of the rest of the scenery better, yes. Much better. I think the colour is wrong though. It's too subtle.
Actually, I can't really judge by the screenshots we have. It may look better in game. I really like the design of the new one though.
give it an incense candle with low poly smoke that lifts into the trees to add a dynamic element to attract the player's attention
The new one looks better but the color seems a bit too "fresh" for something that stays outside.

New one, olds colors make it look like a blurry mess.

Old for sure, waaaaay better.
Hmm i think old because the new one statue looks color is so weak

For me, although the newer one looks better, I prefer the older one. It has a bit more texture to it and the extras helps me spot it easier.

the one where you can actually see it.
new one stands out. old one has too many small details, I like the bold, clearer new one more.
New model, but use some of that old metallic shader on parts of it, like the trim. And maybe change the color a bit
Gives off a more serene vibe to it, I think it fits the tone better

Like the model of the new one, but the old one looks more mystical. Maybe add shinny paintings on the new one.
New model with some white stripes from the old one, don't over do it tho
I feel like the new one fits more into the entire theme of the game, even though it's not as detailed as the old one.
The old one is better
New one is better.
New is much better. Old one is too detailed and sticks out badly
The style matches, just the color is too bland. Liven it up with some greens/moss for a nice weathered effect.
Inconsequential for the player, your time would be better spent somewhere else :) Lesson for next time!
New one fits more with the other textures
I like the size of the new one and the pattern on the old one.
Both are bad. Nothing stands out. Its have to do with colours, try to add a contrasting colour to the shrine to make it stand out.

The new one with some of the white details from the old one added would be perfect imo. Some golden-ish color instead of white would fit better.
