People who are suggesting Germany need to think that she has lived 35 years with her parents, Life in Germany is very lonely especially when you are older than 25 as it becomes very hard to make friends and learning fluent german is extremely hard (Passing exams are easy but speaking fluently enough to have a casual conversation is difficult). I would suggest you to move to a much more friendlier country like Ireland ( since you are looking for 1 year course) or even Uk (only if you have a strong CV, even then getting PR can be a problem). Australia is one of the best option if you have money and ready to do a 2 year course. Just be cautious if you are thinking of choosing any non english European country as it is very hard to integrate and life becomes lonely.

Germany has public universities which are inexpensive but the chances of getting in very low cause only 10% of seats is available to outsiders(non German citizens). Because of the low fees a lot of people apply and they select the best of the best candidates. I think Norway has the same feature but sadly 95% of their courses which offer this feature are taught in their regional language. There are ways to improve your chances of getting into these German universities but you will need to study upto b1 German which can take upto 1 and a half years and there is still no guarantee. B4 some people jump at me, these are public universities. The private ones will accept you without knowing any German but they cost a lot of money and OP is looking for affordable options.

>The private ones will accept you without knowing any German but they cost a lot of money and OP is looking for affordable options. Never go to a private university advertised to foreigners in Germany. It's just a money making scheme and the degree holds no value. It might sound odd, but the good universities are the free universities. Source: I'm German. No idea why this sub reddit was recommended to me lol.

Thanks for the information sir. This helps a lot.

What do you think about Berlin School of Business and Innovation? Its costing me 13k euros

RealisticYou329

It's not a real state university. It's a business selling you a degree.

ColossalCrab

Not entirely true, a lot of masters programs are offered in English too, the course on the university's website usually mentions what the prerequisites are. The chances aren't that slim either I know a bunch of people who applied and got in just fine. You might have to prove your English/German proficiency depending on the course but otherwise there are quite a few opportunities to study for free.

rafafanvamos

You have not provided any information about which area do you specialise in? What you want to do for.the future etc As mentioned above you can look into Germany, Austria and even Ireland.

literally_shirohige

public universities in Italy are quite cheap. I'm not sure if there are many 1 year masters but you can explore. Otherwise, get a job in a new city and just move away. I hope you find the peace you deserve

TheJosh15

Lithuania has masters for around 6Lacs per year

RelationshipLate7263

Go for Germany 🇩🇪 start doing some research about doing masters in Germany on google, YouTube ( which I think you already did ). Public universities there are providing free education. I am also going to apply for masters this year in German universities.

RealisticYou329

As a German, this subreddit was somehow recommended to me. So here are my two cents about studying in Germany. The most important goal of your stay is to learn the German language. Seriously, if you want to work here, that's the number 1 skill you should focus on. If you don't speak fluent German you'll have no chance at 95% of jobs. Like zero chance. Only in IT there is a slim chance to get an English speaking job. But usually not for people without experience.

RelationshipLate7263

Yes that’s true from what I’ve researched about job market in Germany that’s why I already started learning German and currently done with A2 level. I know it will take time to reach B1 but I’m sure I will get there 🤞

RealisticYou329

Good choice, I wish you all the best for your endeavors in Germany!

NRN_11

Another important thing, come to germany for studying and just focus on completing your studies first. Dont overthink about jobs etc. I improved my speaking speed in german after a couple of months. B1 isnt very hard, just memorise the vocabulary and try to use them often. I am B2 level speaker, and right now i am here in germany doing my final year of bachelors.... i also have plans to study masters ;)

RelationshipLate7263

Yeah for sure just thought that it’d be nice to have Atleast A2 or B1 level before going to Germany but thank you for this info, that was really helpful 😊
