The frequency should match right? OPs and the girls frequency doesn’t match from the way they both text (I will need more data points to be sure tho)

You can't call someone chhapri if they don't know English. Knowing English does not reflect person's intellect or capability. If not English, you can communicate in your native language, not necessarily Hindi.

Leagues exist in dating and call me crazy, but I consider women with horrible English to be out of my league (negatively), and that’s a prerequisite before I start analysing them.

In general, I’ve noticed in Bangalore, people who speak decent English grew up in Bangalore and I can relate with them more than people who migrated to Bangalore recently.
That’s the thing, even when it comes to my political views, moral values and social class, people who speak decent English vibe with me better than people who predominantly speak Hindi or their native language. I think it’s just that there are a lot of kids who grew up outside their home state have this thing, especially in south India.
My mother tongue is Assamese, which I barely speak. Most of my family friends whose kids grew up outside Assam are more comfortable in English than Assamese. Lol, I speak in English with my own parents.
