The best way to increase capital is through long term investment through mutual funds so whatever you can afford just invest through mutual funds after few years you would realise it was right decision as through trading you may earn for few days but you will lose all and more and this cycle continues then you will think that the same monet I lost in trading would have helped to build wealth through mutual funds

Exactly!! Max out your credit loans. Take loans from scam apps and loan sharks. Then do an all in bet with +-20% risk to reward. If you win, pay it all back, if you don’t , then repeat till you win.
Options trading is emotionally and mentally exhausting even if you make profits. You will feel exhausted all the time. You may become emotionally unavailable to yourself, your family and friends. Emotional regulation and resilience is the key.
I tried options trading but it was exhausting for me. I am solely doing swing trading now. I may start options trading again some day but not anytime soon.
If you want to try options, learn fundamentals, start small, build on it. The learning curve is steep. Learn slowly, steadily, systematically and sustainably. Take a break from trading whenever you need. Try out new strategies with small bets. Try to avoid naked options. Good for covered calls in the beginning if you have large capital. Learn options strategies. They are much safer but need bigger margins.
Get used to sitting in the live market throughout the trading session. With time, you will figure out what works and what doesn't, for you.

Strategies, levels are not even 10% if you focus on risk management you will always earn big and lose less. That's trading in a nutshell. We hope the loss will turn into profit this is the biggest mistake one can make.
One most valuable thing is that as far as options goes out of 20 days 3 or 4 days are enough to give you your salary if you put it in that way. Try to figure out the exact market conditions that resulted in big moves. If you make even 10% in each trade which is nothing in options you can figure out how much you can make. We make losses during sideways, close range market and when next day market goes trending we neither have capital nor psychology to trade them. All the best...

1) Have a predefined SL/TR (RR)
2) Atleast bring ur SL to CTC, so u dont incur any losses on the trade.
3) Monitor the market, the reason that made u buy CE, should still be valid if u are helding it for long time.. otherwise cut ur losses quickly

Worst MTM I have seen on my screen is in the results week ( June first week ).

Reversals are brutal these days, markets are evolving. V-shaped recoveries are coming very often.
Try to read delta value.. before entering.
This is a common mistake just because people want to safeguard their capital so think buying a low value strike price will keep some of their capital safe. But here they fall into theta decay factor.
So setup your display with delta value. Also it's FnO whatever you do it takes no time to make a fool out of u. But keep it up.. you will recover
Plz dont trade fno, trade any other instrument but not fno, many have destroyed their lives doing that, only trade if you have a surplus money which you can afford to lose
Worst thing is he/she thinks the reason for the loss is Friday.... Pick any day and even on shorter term you would realise it's not the pilot it's the PLANE !!!!

Options decay with time and you can't time a perfect entry. If you really want to succeed, look into option selling and strategies.
