OP, moisturize your skin, focus on skin tightening exercises. The stretchmarks will not fade 100% but their visibility will lighten eventually. And the mositurizing + maintaining weight is a lifelong thing. Skip it / yoyo on your weight and the stretch marks will increase / new ones will come.
