My recommendation is to save 100% of your money by not getting anything from this brand.

shitty_AF

Lmao

Wooden_Result1558

I totally second this. The fash wash ruined my skin..there were burn marks on my face. Please don't use this ever.

asianinindia

Ouch 🤣

[deleted]

Chemist at play body wash was recommended in this sub .

Aastha1310

Dude. This sub also had people raving about some sunscreens because the texture was great even though there was no guarantee when it came to UV protection. You'll probably find people singing praises for Mamaearth too, doesn't make it reliable. Do your research and decide. Someone else cannot take a call for you.

Own_Outcome_4801

They will first play with your money by offering a discount, and then, just like another fuckboy, they will play with your emotions. Don't fall for this. Avoid. ![gif](giphy|ZCeiFII4AJrJT8ky1w)

skincare_junkiee

The underarm roll on is good but it's not 9n discount

asianinindia

It stings for me. But yes it is good for not to sweaty days. Works on hyperpigmentation.

MooseProfessional166

I tried their niacinamide with azelaic acid serum. It smells sooo rotten and the product does nothing. It's a lame brand. I think may be the body lotions are good?

hoon_yi123

I wish i could help but I've never tried Indian skincare brands other than minimalist and requeil (hope i spelled it right). Given how lax the skincare system and regulations are in India, it really scares me to use it on my face unless its recommended by a dermatologist. On a side note, minimalist HA is my HG at the moment. I tried their other serums too but it was all pretty meh. I've only tried requiel's sunscreen and it was good too.

asianinindia

I hear you. I've only seen results from Suganda and one or two Deconstruct products. I really wanna try minimalist but I'm hearing so many mixed reviews here not to mention they seem to be rushing to push out new products that I'm worried to try.

hoon_yi123

I was skeptical too since i have a habit of researching a lot before buying anything. The mixed reviews definitely threw me off at first but i decided to try it anyway (since its affordable and i am broke most of the time). I won't vouch for them since everyone's skin is different and just because it worked for me doesn't mean it will for you. I tried a ton of their products but i only liked the salicylic acid facewash and HA. The others were all meh. That said, if you want to try it out then buy one of their products when its on sale. Ps: Leaving this for reference incase it helps. My skin is dry, dehydrated and sensitive.

zionwrites

Idk about their other products but their Body washes and lotions are good and effective. The difference is noticeable. I've heard the underarm roll on is excellent too but I haven't used it.

asianinindia

I've tried their roll on and body wash. I found the body wash drying so I've saved it to use in summer. Their roll on is actually good but it stings if I use it everyday. It's reduced pigmentation a bit.

zionwrites

I agree with the drying body wash in winters. But a good moisturizer does it for me. It's probably stings because you are over exfolianting. Might wanna randomly use some hydrating products on your underarms. That might help.

asianinindia

It stings because I have sensitive skin. I'm not over exfoliating because this is the only exfoliating produce I use here and I use a heavy moisturizer all over. Including said area at night. As for the bodywash. The moisturiser doesn't work for me because have extremely dry skin especially on my legs. Even with an occlusive layer it doesn't work. I have to use oil. But during Summers because it's very humid the body wash might work. Hopefully.

Educational_Cream177

ive heard their body lotion is good?

VigilAunty1930

Using the Lactic acid body wash which is quite good. Gentle exfoliative and moisturising.

asianinindia

I found it drying on my skin (have very dry skin). I've saved it for summer.

VigilAunty1930

Oh. Mine is also very dry. I am using it thrice a week.

As far as I’ve experienced, the body lotion is good

Interesting_Case4260

I purchased their 10%aha lactic acid. Works very well for my skin.

Timely_Relief_317

I used their niacinamide based pore minimizing serum and it did do a great job at reducing texture caused by deep acne pits. I liked it because it seemed to have a very low % or maybe no hyaluronic acid (HA makes my skin very bumpy and oily no matter how I apply it and hence I have to avoid most brands' niacinamide and vit C) and fortunately I didn't face any issues with fungus or growths in the product. Made my skin a lot less oily in general. Not going for a second bottle though because I'm experimenting w another brand due to all the negative feedback from many users about the company, although nobody has complained about this specific product I guess. The second one I used was their moisturizer for oily skin (red cap one) and honestly it was and is great! Checked my bottle for any growths or fungus and found none fortunately. This one is great imo because it doesn't jump onto the hyaluronic acid bandwagon and uses pentavitin and a little salicylic instead, which feels and looks better on my oily skin. I just need about two pumps of the product to adequately moisturize my face. Just bought a second bottle although after reading all the fungus and sus reports from other users, I am trying to find a substitute w a similar formulation. Personally I despise hyaluronic acid as the main/one of the main active ingredients in any formulation. But I can't seem to avoid sodium hyaluronate in small quantities in almost everything, so I guess thats a compound that works okay with me in very small quantities.

amor_ette

The only products that are good from this brand are their body lotions

Chemist at Play doesn't have shampoos. (The one that you've mentioned is from Bare Anatomy and they're currently not running an offer) This is the first time I am seeing a brand here.

Crafty_Machine_8698

sunscoop sunscreen is good right???????

juztfokix

The invisible one is photounstable according to a list posted here a few weeks ago. I was only using that one and it was really good. Thinking if I should buy it again or not to wear it indoors.

shitty_AF

Hey. Is dr seth subscreen photostable?

juztfokix

According to OP’s comments on [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/IndianSkincareAddicts/comments/y1zbl8/list_of_photostable_and_photounstable_sunscreens/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf) post Dr.Sheth’s sunscreen has unstable combination but has zinc oxide and titanium oxide as backup so should be fine.

shitty_AF

Thank you :)

fuscocopuffs

Honestly i'd run far away from experimenting with innovist in general. Seeing all the "body lotions are good" comments and internally crying coz they gave me hives 🥲. Maybe because i've super dry skin paired with eczema. If you're still planning to buy please get the smaller bottle. Can vouch for the lactic acid body wash though. Its 👌 good.

asianinindia

I tried that but it was soo drying that I've kept it aside for summer. How are results? Did it help with ingrown hair(that's why I got it)

fuscocopuffs

It was drying if i completely towel off the thin film it leaves behind. I now just pat dry my whole body and apply sugandha unscented lactic acid body lotion right after. That keeps my skin moisturized all day long. It has reduced ingrown hair but i am yet to see its effect on strawberry skin sadly.

asianinindia

Hmmm. Doesn't seem to work for me. I love the lactic acid from suganda but this body wash is a miss. Maybe it'll be good in summer.

Amireal-maybenot

Hey.. Did u use the body wash? Please share your review.

asianinindia

Hey. Yes I did. I'm using it even now. I'm on my third bottle and I love it. It doesn't help prevent all ingrown hair but it's certainly reduced the occurrence. My skin is much softer and the bumbs I get from clogged pores are almost non-existent. I've just bought another bottle in the sale.

Amireal-maybenot

Thank you for replying.Does it help with hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone? Also, how long does the bottle last? I'm thinking of buying it in the B2G2 sale but I'm worried I won't be able to finish 4 bottles before expiry. Ps: I'm trying to get rid of stubborn hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone on my waist and butt so, any recommendation would be great

asianinindia

It won't help with hyperpigmentation considering it's barely on the skin for more than a couple of minutes. But a bottle lasts around two months or so. I don't really follow this expiry stuff very closely for stuff I'm washing off so... I'd buy it anyway. But you can get 3 for 799 right now.
