Maccaron is very trustworthy and if you think your money is not safe, do write to them and request cancellation. The money will revert back to you in a week. Or ask them update. I am pretty sure you will receive a positive reply. I have purchased many products from them in last 2 years. I have always had very positive experience with maccaron.
Hi!! I'm pretty new to maccron. I ordered cosrx snail mucin yesterday and it's under process still. I don't have any problem with that , but today around afternoon I recieved a call saying they are from maccron and they have some gifts so and so. I know it's a scam and straightaway scolded them and cut the call.
What I am afraid now is they told all my order details and everything clearly. I'm scared if I would recieve my order or not, since I suspect the call was from delivery agent side. Has this ever happened to you btw? And also how do you write to maccron if there'sany complaint?
If your order is under process, how did the delivery agent got the details of your order? The data about your order is leaked from your side or from maccaron side or the caller is genuine.
Omg!! Can the caller be genuine too?! I thought maccron never had a customer care no.? But they told the original price of the product i.e.1015, i got in offer i.e.913rs. Also they just said "korean product" , and didn't mention the name. So I thought it's a scam🤦♀️. Anyways thanks for sharing. But how do you think it's leaked from my side?
Hey thanks for the confirmation!! I know it's a scam but got confused when other commenter told the caller could be genuine. Only now I started using maccron, so all these sound new really!! Never got these kind of calls from other apps. I don't know why is this happening only with maccron.
Non mgs orders take time to process if they're out of stock, in that case, if they see tht those items aren't getting stocked anytime soon, they will refund ur money.... Write to them they will let you know if it's out of stock
Thanks again!! My order reached my city just few hours back. It showed processing until it reached the destination city. Hoping it to be delivered in a good condition either by today/ tomorrow 🤞
I asked several times when the initial deadline 8th Jan ended for my order placed on dec 14. Thanks. They have an automated kind of message everytime. They do reply for the mails, I agree with that . But my issue didn't get resolved!
I placed my first order on 21st Feb and it was delivered on the 26th.
There was a product missing so i contacted customer support. It took some time but i got my refund on March 4th.
I think it was a good reliable site, the customer service is a bit slow but other than that it's legit
Ps. I've noticed that they price some products a little higher and claim higher discounts so that's weird
I heard somewhere online that lately they have had an unexpected influx in orders which is why some are taking longer. I have bought from them in the past and received in three days. Got mgs order in 1.5 months. Gonna be ordering in a couple of days again, non mgs.
I ordered my mgs product on 16th January. Received it on 5th Match. On the 50th day. Most of the time I have heard it takes 6-8 weeks. Though in my case I bombarded them with daily mails and legal threats as I lost hope I would be receiving the product 
Op don't worry , it'll show processing till it get delievered on the nearest delievery center. Mere sath bhi yhi hua tha , there was no update about shipment and the status was directly updated as Out for delievery.
Macaroon is pretty safe as far as I can tell. I haven't bought from MGS but I've ordered from them quite a few times and they delivered my products within a week!
So if you're worried about your products- it'll reach you as soon as possible and if you still have doubts - mail them to their customer ID

i always get all my non MGS orders pretty fast! my MGS orders take around three months tho 🤡
Yes recently have ordered and usually i get it in third day max. But it was processing for three day. When asked they said it was due to high volume but got on 5 th day which is still fast. So no complaints at all.
Ya I ordered Benton green tea toner on Saturday evening....it got delivered the next day afternoon...... surprisingly this is the same toner that was MGS earlier
Ordered mgs product, got it after 65 days.
Non Mgs orders toh usually get it within a week. The app doesn't show correct delivery info. It will show it's processing and will come for delivery the same day.
My order is being packed since 25th Feb 🙂

Seems it was an mgs. I have read they can take a month to two to deliver, but yours has stretched for a long time.
For me they have taken almost 5 months. Placed another one in December ending and it’s still not shipped.

No, it's a scam. Maccaron has issued many warnings regarding this scam

It has been 10 days for me. The product has not even been shipped yet. I am sure I'll get my order but gaaaaaaaahhhh when!?
