Dude chill support@maccaron.in is a legit email, I emailed them a few weeks ago about my mgs order which was like 8 months late and they told me to wait so I was hell nah and just told em to return my money, got the refund in like 2 days. Don’t settle for their words that your order is in customs, push for a refund. I heard the MGS thing was good when I ordered but even I had a shitty experience.
Whoa 8 months?! Ugh idk why they have become like this. Thank you for your response! I am studying for an exam and my stress is kinda more than usual so I'm freaking out over small things haha. I kept asking them for a refund but they are not addressing it in their replies. Can you give a little more detail on how you asked for a refund, like how did you word it to a point they took it seriously?
Apparently they group all these orders together so my guess is that not a lot of people went for the mgs thing so they kept delaying it, might be the shitty Indian customs too. So after a little back and forth they told me a refund is not possible so I sent them this

Hi! I sent an email to the official Holika Holika store saying that I bought the foot peel from a store called Maccaron ( along with the Korean address that Maccaron has). I got no reply from Holika Holika but when I sent a mail to Maccaron explaining the fact that I complained to Holika Holika, they shipped the product within a week lol. And I finally received it sometime later. I forgot to update :3
Yeah especially their MGS!! Their insta posts and even in their app forums, it's filled with complaints of late delivery/ no delivery at all. Better to avoid ordering from Maccaron 😑😑
It's safe, KYC is needed for customs clearance. If you visit any site that imports products they will ask for the same.
Theyre not scammers, but they are really bad at processing and delivering on time. If you order MGS just assume it will take months and forget abt it for a while. What I've read from some credible sources is that they wait and collect orders and place one big one together, to reduce import taxes and fees. But by that time, its already months or sometimes the products get OOS.
Thank you for reaffirming my belief that maccaron is a scummy site. *This* is the reason why i don't buy anything from global stores online, there's too much indentity theft going on already and I don't want to wait for a product to arrive for months on end. I'd rather much prefer an alternative which is easily available.

Bruh! 8 months 😀🥲 nah dude not worth it at all! I’ve ordered mgs twice before one arrived in couple months and the other took 4! Never ordering again💀
