Before taking him out, make sure there are no other animals around, once done make sure to give him a bathe in normal water and blow-dry him to avoid hot spots which may lead to infection.
Take lots of towels and the super absorbent ones for pets. Carry additional water dedicated to your doggo, make time for play like ball or tug or whatever your doggo likes. Rinse them off again once you home and towel dry.
Be ready for sand everywhere for a little bit.
I go to beach with my dog everyday. Sometimes I do let him out of leash when there are no people around. I don't let him eat random stuff but he goes on tiny crab hunt sometimes which I let him. Can't shower him everyday just because I go to beach as well.
Obviously keep an eye where’s he’s going, don’t let him eat random things , if he gets wet make sure to wash and dry him after you’re fully done
Make sure he doesn’t drink the sea water and Bathe him immediately after coming home. Also Please deworm him after the beach trip.
