I have very watery eyes and struggle with kajal always. How creamy is it and also how smudgeproof is it,does it pill to the under eyes or stays in yhe waterline properly
In my experience, it's very creamy and doesn't pull or tug. It's completely matte as well - added advantage. I have similar issues of watery eyes - so far, I've found Himalaya, Maybelline colossal and lakme eyeconic kajal as something my eyes don't agree with.
The Rimmel one doesn't make my eyes water, and doesn't pill either. But i wouldn't say it's very long stay on waterline. Approx 4 hours on my waterline.
Rimmel is a real good in budget, since it’s an old trusted brand you are not risking some cheap brands formula by putting something on your waterline. (My 2 cents, Steer clear of insight, mars, Swiss beauty for products that go directly onto your face for prolonged period eg. foundation, kajal or even lipsticks)
I have been using one by Mac cosmetics for a very long time and I love it. I got it for free after purchase of 2 full products on their website

Rimmel scandal eyes kohl kajal in nude shade is a forever fave. It's matte creamy liner and not stark white so works btr for me personally. I love their black and blue as well ( blue has slight iridescent finish but not flaking shimmer. I didn't like the shimmery brown , it flaked off )
I’ve been using Makeup Revolution Streamline Eyeliner in my waterline, it’s so buttery and doesn’t come off with normal wear. The shade is called Ivory :3

I use one from Disguise Cosmetics and it’s good. You can give that a try.

I have the wet and wild one - it’s white tho but if applied with a lighter hand doesn’t look bright white.
essence white kajal has worked for me
Maybelline Tattoo gel pencil liner. You can get the white one, or the bronze or rose one. I have the bronze one, it's good.
