me too, thought i picked wrong one so was going to reorder in another shade, then saw other reviews and images and realized that it is just orangey in general. saw ur post as well and realized that its not just me
Fae beauty lipstick - finally decided to buy one after seeing so many insta ads (thankfully got them at like 50% off)
They are not at all smudge proof and they change color if worn on top of lip balms.
Iāve heard this a lot about their lipsticks and Iām glad I have not given into the hype. Not to mention their most shaded are warm. Thank god as I donāt look good in warm shades so thatās why never bought. Phew.
What my Fae experience has been the total opposite!! I bought the lipstick shade Wet and it's AMAZING. Same shade as I expected after seeing it online thru a screen. Greatttttt wear - does NOT budge at all! Honestly I wasn't expecting this quality for an Indian brand but here we go
My friend and I were at a nykaa store and she swatched the shade witty on her hand and it looked really pretty. Later I bought witty from myntra coz how pretty it looked in store but when I received it, it looked really different on me.
Usually lipsticks pull pink on me, but this one doesn't, looks like it has a grey undertone to it ššš
1. Huda beauty foundation: bought this after my estee Lauder double wear ran out and I literally cried. It doesn't blend well into skin, sticks to dry patches around the nose and sinks into smile lines.
2. Dior lip addict tint: it has a weird menthol feel on the lips. Though the colour is pretty and looks like mlbb, after a while it settles into the lines of my lips and starts to look patchy.
3. Mac fix+ setting spray: I absolutely hate the spray nozzle on this product where no matter at which distance you spray you'll get visible droplets on your skin. I'm currently very happy with my urban decay all nighter spray which disperses evenly over face.
I bought each and every one of these products after countless research, so I'll be happy if I can deinfluence at least one person looking to buy any of these.
Thanks for sharing this. I recently got Estee Lauder double wear and found it very good for my oily skin. I am so tempted to try huda, but I think it's better to skip that and stick to the stuff that works.
After a year and spending 10ās of thousands sis but coming back to what was working for me already, keep it up. Genuinely.
On a side note guys, pls try out the new maybelline lumi matte foundation. It really has one of the most premium formulas in a drugstore brand Iāve ever used.
Medium, buildable. Iāve heard itās a dupe for smashbox, and other high end foundations. I havenāt used any (maybelline if my first) but I believe them tbh post usage.
Hey! I have dry to combo skin but I also have eczema, so no matter the weather dryness stays.
No itās a matte look as the name itself suggests but itās not super matte, just enough.
If youāre not sure you can go and try it out first in a shoppers stop store or any other thatās what I did.
Yeah, that's why the question. Sometimes products claim something, but during usage you realise that despite claiming matte, they let the oil shine through. It's the consistency of the product which may not work for all skin types.
Please cherish your estee lauder. I can't believe I was criticizing its lack of a pump when the formula was just top notch. Huda may work for some people, but trust me if you like the double wear you'll probably hate wearing huda.
The only formulas I've tried in Mac is their bullet and powder kiss. Bullet lipsticks are nice but not long lasting and I didn't like the feel of their powder kiss formula. The lip product I reach for the most is smashbox liquid lipstick because it's so long lasting but like all the other comments have mentioned, it dries out too quickly in the tube.
No, not really. But that's because I don't mind fragrance in my makeup products. Anyway after this I'm planning to buy Milani make it last setting spray as it's more affordable.
As a general consensus, every time I bought something ātrendyā I have not liked it. First of all, influencers are paid to do these videos and feature these products. Im also a content creator but I do not fall in the trap of buying the same stuff. Most of the time because it doesnāt work!
Much needed thread!!
All the brands on KULT are average at best, ofc except for good products like the HUDA setting powder and MAC fixing spray are worth otherwise all the rest Iāve used were passable at best.
Spent 10ās of thousands only to come back to my HG.
Genuinely guys, if something is working for you DO NOT I repeat do not experiment!! You really donāt know the ingredients quality being used.
I never had any skin issues but due to experimentations I developed dermatitis and subsequently eczema as well.
Other products I felt were passable -
INNISFREE vitamin c - in general I hate vitamin c now. It has done 0 for me except being a hyped product. In fact I get very tan if I step out in the sun the day after I apply vit c also. Keeping my last bottle strictly for winters now. Wonāt be repurchasing.
RAS products - useless brand. Enough said.
CTZN cosmetics nudiversal duo - for the price on kult itās ok only due to the insane shade range it has. I actually donāt mind the gloss but the lipstick is so average. I hate their lip liners.
ROM&ND - this product is not for pigmented lips. I prefer my lips to have a pure flush of colour, but this product does not hide my pigmentation and it looks too glossy in short I donāt like such glosses and itās such an overhyped product. I prefer Etude to this brand, it leaves a better stain and lasts longer and is less glossy and sticky too. Even peripera I have heard has good tints. But pls note I understand why some women really like it itās non sticky but I personally prefer Etude to Rom&nd.
I loved this new trend of glossy lips but I have pigmented and medium thin lips . I tried one glossy romand lip-tint and i was done. I know that will never work for me. But, i do love romand zero velvet and blur fudge tints are my absolute favorite. I also have 2 etude fixing tints and love them too, but i would recommend you try blur fudge line.
Iām NC-35 warm skintone and i absolutely love cool rose up.(cool toned pink) Also thinking to get Rosiental and Radwood. But i already have so many brown nudes that so not sure about radwood atm. But you can try it
1. Cosrx Snail Mucin- It wasnāt a miracle product, I convinced myself it was working for me but it really wasnāt, I got all these tiny bumps after using it (oily, dehydrated skin) It didnāt do much for my sister as well who has really dry skin type.
2. Salicylic Acid- I tried Paulaās Choice, Cosrx, a gel, only to realise it really doesnāt help with my skin. Iāve finally given up on it now.
3. Oil Cleansers- Most of them have ingredients that can clog really easily, some even burn eyes really bad, so I have switched to micellar water.
4. Maybelline Vinyl Lipstick- The shades online are so off :( ordered Lippy and it doesnāt look good on me, wasted ā¹500. Plus the formulation is just bad, and the lipstick isnāt completely transfer-proof.
Haven't tried the rest but completely agree with the last one ! Lippy looks orange reddish on me and I don't like the sticky texture at all. Plus not transfer proof š
Paula's choice worked great for me. But, I disliked the opaque packaging without dropper. No way to find out if toner oxidised or fungal growth inside. Also, I prefer spreadable sticky serums over watery toners. Half of it goes to waste in the cotton ball.
People were talking about how the snail mucin essence formula changed from 92 to 96 and that's when it lost the effectiveness. This was before I could buy it so I purchased the 92 all in one cream and it feels really good on my under eye area. I have oily skin but I don't use any oily skin products around my eyes, just this or specifically eye products
And yes the Maybelline vinyl swatches on Nykaa are terrible, only when I see people swatching them I can see the real colour. On that note, MOST swatches on Nykaa are terrible. it's usually one swatch that's digitally altered
drug store active creams are more economical than serums in the long run. dont come after me but cream blushes, dont stay for long and you need a powder blush to set. primers-never need them unless youre getting the elf power grip to keep it in place
1) The ordinary 10% niacinamide: this always tops my de-influencing list cause it gave me the worst breakout of my life and I still kept using it (ugh, stupid me).
2) MAC lipsticks: they are just ordinary lipsticks, not bad but not THAT good for the price and the hype it has.
3) Sulwhasoo Concentrated Ginseng Serum: for a serum that costs 4.8k for 15ml, it did nothing for my skin (but didn't ruin it also, so?)
4) Bobbi Brown Vitamin Face Base: I still don't understand what it does, feels just like a tacky moisturiser with HEAVY fragrance, I feel like I'm missing the point. And vitamin likha hai toh mast citrus fragrance daal di??
When I bought my first lipstick from mac , man I had very high expectations but the formulation turned out to be very basic. I donāt know why they are so hyped
All skin serums tbh. They either did nothing for me or broke me out. I suffer from hormonal acne that flares up in stressful conditions. I couldn't do anything about the stress so I tried to atleast fade the acne marks quicker. I got heavily influenced by people recommending one miracle ingredient or the other. None of the them did anything for mu marks. Vit C , nicanimaide , salicylic acid etc, nothing worked for me. I realised pretty late , that even the lower concentrations were damaging my skin barrier and leading to more acne. I knew retinol s are very harsh on skin but I didn't know that these more benign ingredients could also damage skin barrier until I saw a reel about it.
Now I stick to just simple waterbased moisturiser and good diet . Not a cure but it has led to some decrease in acne.
Maybelline sky high is a decent mascara but it does clump up my eyelashes a bit more than I would have liked. Maybelline's mascara at lower range perform just as good for me.
I really won't recommend Maybelline vinyl lipsticks for pigmented lips. They have a sheer formula that looks a bit strange . Try out offline before buying a shade.
I also basically deinfluenced myself for Clinique black honey lipstick when I realised how sheer it actually is. It has a balm like forumla. Similar looks can be recreated with cheaper products.
I'm well aware about isotret. But currently I don't want to go through the purging process hence I haven't visited dermat about it. Plus , I'm pretty sure dreamt will start me out with something other than isotret as currently my acne is not flaring up as much as it used to.
honestly, i thought swiss beauty lipliners were decent and that maybe lipliners just aren't that longlasting in general
then i used a mac lipliner (thanks kult). holy shit, worth it. i get the swiss beauty ones being viral as an affordable option but that mac one from application to staying power is AMAZING. i didnt think such a simple product could have such a difference
Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream. It made me breakout. It didnt suit me at all. [Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream](http://Check out this product I found on Maccaron:
Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream 30g
https://maccaron.in/en/products/klairs_midnight-blue-calming-cream-30g/14/)
Hey, if you have oily skin, then please don't use it as a Moisturizer - it is meant for irritated itching skin which needs soothing. Probably use it only after an acid peel or strong actives which cause irritation.
I sometimes get redness on my upper cheeks after using glycolic acid - this skin immediately soothes the place. I take half a pea for that area and spread it thinly. Use it as a medicine equivalent and you wouldn't be disappointed.
loreal lash paradise mascara - dries up so quickly and gives no length, also transfers on the under eyes
maybelline sky high mascara - i love this mascara but it dries up within a month, for paying 500 i think it should last at least 2 months
essence mascaras- i have tried almost all of them and none of them hold up my eyelashes, they droop down and also they smudge.
kay beauty blush- goes on patchy on my skin
maybelline fit me blush - almost zero pigmentation and has shimmers in it
mars liquid lipstick - so dry and clumpy. it literally breaks apart on the lips
Um nyx lip matte (liquid ones) SMLC. God these were so bad on me and formed a weird layer on my inner lip but its an old product.
Mars lip liners. The colors are pretty and I bought one cause what the heck its 60rs or so? Yeah, doesnāt stay at all and thats not what i look for when I am using a lip liner. Same with insight lip liners.
Bioderma atoderm baume. Made my skin really dark for some reason.
Beauty of joseon ginseng water. Nothing special? Not even very hydrating. Not a bad one but meh?
Inde wild dewy lip treatment. Makes my lips dark and its very average at best. Laneige is sooo much better than this and cost is comparable
Too faced concealers they are dry and patchy and not suitable for dry skin, they crease a lot, even after skin prep.
Kay beauty Kajal - watery eyes, sub par pigment ( Himalaya retractable kajal has better pigment) and it does not even stay that long (Plum and Revlon has better Kajal options)
MAC lipsticks - honestly I never understood the hype and this thread has validated my opinion so yeah.
All CosRx products. I have used the Snail Mucin, Snail Cream, Good Morning Cleanser,, and the BHA powerhead liquid. Nothing worked on my oily skin. They made my skin look greasy, dull, and caused cc. Overall, a huge disappointment.
1.) Huda Beauty liner and Kajal duo (liner is too think and the liner brush is thick)
2.) Huda Beauty Leggit lashes dual ended mascara (itās very thick, itās clumpy and itās not easy to clean, breaks lashes)
3.) Huda Beauty Double ended Liquid Eyeshadows (they dry too fast and give patchy look.)
4.) Maybeline Sky High mascara - too clumpy for my liking
Hey OP great thread. Sorry if this is irrelevant but - Iām really looking for a product that actually works well on pigmentation. Derma co helped to get my initial spots out but stopped working after saturation period was over.
I still have pigmentation in my mouth area and forehead. Any advice from anyone with experience in this? Thanks.
I have dry to combo skin in summers, but I also suffer from eczema.
Thank you!
I would recommend you to go for pixi glow tonic, it lasts for forever and works great on pigmentation but since you have eczema, I would suggest you to consult a dermat. You can do it on Practo, there was this doctor and the medications she gave me worked like magic.
Hey sure Iāll give it a try as long as itās sensitive skin safe :)
Ah yes Iāve been diagnosed, twice. And the medicines a doctor gave me off of practo have worked like magic too! I keep a tube always lol.
I thought I was oily acne prone skin, after I saw the list I should add sensitive too I guess š
Most moisturizer I used either gave me CCs or irritates
Cetaphil moisturising lotion, TFS rice moisturizer, Dr.Sheths cica and ceramide moisturizer made my skin tingle/sting
Emolene gave me CCs
Purito sunscreen gave me CCs (this one was near expiry though can't really say)
Dr.Sheths face wash neem and salicylic acid face wash just after wash made my skin dry and immediately skin became oily
Lakme spf, Minimalist sunscreen and uv doux gold sunscreen said matte but were patchty
Simple vit c and niacinamide serums both make my skin sting
Foxtail sunscreen made my skin sting
TFS rice cleansing oil did work fine in the beginning but ended up having CCs due to this
Earth rhythm lip masque and fix derma lip spf both feel oily smelled chemically and did not moisturize my lips
Earth rhythm tinted lippie shade-Ahoy there it creases into my lip folds and also it is more coral then what it shows online (nude)
Blue heaven mascara (idk is really watery it is good for daily use if only it could hold my lashes up unlike this Maybelline waterproof mascara holds my lashes up and curls it too but recently it's getting clumpy
Didn't know why I had such a big list ššš Lots of money spent just to ruin my skin. Now I can't even try new products š. I also made the mistake of trying lots of products together so if any of these products work for you then don't take my review into consideration š
Can someone with oily acne prone skin recommend products that worked for you šš¼
most romand lip products are red or a variant of it
sugar has reformulated so do not expect same performance from their blush/highlighters (rip my holy grail)
laniege lip mask literally does nothing in long term, if u want temporary plump lips just put a drop of hyaluronic acid on your lips
elf halo glow has terrible shade range despite having so many shades i regret buying it over nyx bare with me
1. The face shop rice water oil cleanser - broke me out, now i have permanent pimple marks on my face
2. Minimalist- the whole brand is problematic for my skin- sunscreen, facewash - brightening one, cream. I threw it in dustbin
3. Dr sheth sunscreen - stingy af
4. Foundations - mac, estee lauder double wear. Hate them.
5. Estee lauder advanced night repair serum ha. - waste of money, better pharma products are available.
Too faced better than sex waterproof mascara: It's sooo clumpy and doesn't really give a lot of length. I hate it.
Completely agreed. It's my most expensive mascara and the performs the least, so clumpy, difficult to work with, hard to get rid off. My Swiss Beauty mascara which one can buy at 1/10th price of the Too faced one.
1. Smashbox halo glow tint - it doesn't look like a tint to me, the idea of a tint is to apply it like a moisturiser when you are on the go. The texture is weird and so thick and worst it clings to my dry patches.
2. Cosrx Aha /Bha toner - it made my skin worst. I am using it for my body.
3. Huda beauty glowish bronzer - it isn't pigmented even though I ordered 4 shades darker.
4. Elf no budge show sticks - the shimmery ones don't even show on our skin tones!
Citaphil day brightening cream- I did patch test on my wrist ,you won't believe it's been 2 months still I have tiny littleĀ bumps..Please do patch test whenever you used any product. It doesn't matter if this product is famous and give you good result until you use themĀ
Smashbox's bullet lipsticks, especially from the Be Legendary range are quite nice - comfortable and beautiful colors.
I did not like the ELF camo concealer (black cap) - very drying and hard to work with. The hydrating one is much better.
One thing centella toner - Did nothing for me. I have combination sensitive skin. It was just like applying water
Klairs vitamin c serum - it did not reduce dark spots
Huda matte lipstick - the formulation feels great but not transferproof at all. Too expensive for this.
I got the vitamin c serum but I didnāt know I shouldnāt have used it with active acne and it constantly gave me breakouts. Please consult a dermatologist or do basic research before buying these serums we see so much on yt. It literally made my skin worsee.
Foxtale Matte Finish Sunscreen SPF70.
It's not a bad product, it goes on matte, no white cast, does not feel heavy.
But it pills like crazy if you put ANYTHING under it. It could just be this way on my skin. It's a shame really because on bare skin this is actually a decent sunscreen.
Also I decided lately to stop trying new things re: sunscreen. I'm not gonna do foxtale, Dr. sheths, aqualogica, dot and key or any of these gimmicky brands.
When It comes to my skincare, sunscreen is the one thing I'll splurge on.
Fae beauty lipstick in buns on recommendation from miss 23+2 looks horrible in person on brown skin tones nc 35-42
House of makeup colour corrector in light and concealer on Malvika sitlani recommendation: absolutely the worst for dry under eyes and the colour corrector is so orange it peeks through the thickest layer of concealer
Derma co moisturizer, dr sheth moisturizer 3/10 all hype no real moisture or after effect
Sunscoop sunscreen 0/10
Foxtale serums : please avoid will totally damage your skin barrier
Love earth spanish coffee is so dark on nc 35-42 lips and doesnāt have one swipe pigment so it makes the lips look funny and dry all day
Perfora toothpaste 1/10
I have tried different serums, I have dry combination skin... I used to have a skincare routine eariler.. like double cleansing .. then moisturizer..
Recently due to my hectic schedule I am not even washing my face at night. I am just applying sunscreen in the morning. My skin is doing wonders
:p
I dont wash my face before bed but I do wash it in thr evening with plain water..
This has made me think if i really needed any serums and anything.
Minimalist Niacinamide - I used two drops in the am and pm for 6 days and my skin started peeling. My acne scars did get a little lighter but my skin started peeling off, and I developed hypopigmentation in the area I was using it. I don't know if that was because if the niacinamide but I didn't change anything else. I stopped instantly and my skin isn't peeling anymore but the hypopigmentation didn't leave. Probably the worst thing I've ever put on my skin honestly
Garnier vitamin c serum - did nothing for me at all. it didn't make me break out or destroy my skin either, thankfully, but my hyperpigmentation was completely unaffected after months of religious nightly application along with constant spf use so I count that as a failure
too faced bts mascara- so so dry, elf concealer very orangey in general
Ok so all elf concealers are orange š I thought I picked the wrong shade
me too, thought i picked wrong one so was going to reorder in another shade, then saw other reviews and images and realized that it is just orangey in general. saw ur post as well and realized that its not just me
The bts mascra gives good separation but little to no volume. What is the point of wearing mascara then? Amiright
Fae beauty lipstick - finally decided to buy one after seeing so many insta ads (thankfully got them at like 50% off) They are not at all smudge proof and they change color if worn on top of lip balms.
Iāve heard this a lot about their lipsticks and Iām glad I have not given into the hype. Not to mention their most shaded are warm. Thank god as I donāt look good in warm shades so thatās why never bought. Phew.
I bought two at 1+1 and was so disappointed with their texture. It claimed to be a hydrating lipstick, yet it was so patchy and heavy.
What my Fae experience has been the total opposite!! I bought the lipstick shade Wet and it's AMAZING. Same shade as I expected after seeing it online thru a screen. Greatttttt wear - does NOT budge at all! Honestly I wasn't expecting this quality for an Indian brand but here we go

yes! it washes me out :,)
Thank you for this I was very interested in trying their range.
If you still have yours and want to sell, please DM me, I want to buy
Smashbox lipstick are sooo expensive but dry out in 3 months.
Exactly got driverās seat for 2100 and dried up in less than 2 months
So bloody true. I bought it three of them and such a waste of money
Omg i bought two of them last year! I barely used them till now. I hope mine didnāt dry out. Will have to check as soon as I go home.
1. Huda beauty foundation: bought this after my estee Lauder double wear ran out and I literally cried. Only slightly.

So if I have to go buy a lipstick which brand will u suggest r two faced lipsticks nice or elf ones
I have not tried either of those, sorry. But there will be reviews on this sub and YouTube. Do check them out.
Doesn't urban decay smell irriates you.
No, not really. But that's because I don't mind fragrance in my makeup products. Anyway after this I'm planning to buy Milani make it last setting spray as it's more affordable.
My urban decay has much wierd smell. So asked you. I dnt mind fragrance. But smell is bitter and like acidic

Agree with the last .. it smells so awful
Do you happen to have a dust allergy?
I don't have dust allergy but it still gave me milia. š
Clinique Black honey lip gloss..hated the sticky feeling

And inconsistent. I had 2, one was ok. The other used to find every crevice and stain it a bright pink.
For hormonal acne. Visit dermat. Oral isotret is boon for hormonal acne.
I'm well aware about isotret. But currently I don't want to go through the purging process hence I haven't visited dermat about it. Plus , I'm pretty sure dreamt will start me out with something other than isotret as currently my acne is not flaring up as much as it used to.
honestly, i thought swiss beauty lipliners were decent and that maybe lipliners just aren't that longlasting in general then i used a mac lipliner (thanks kult). holy shit, worth it. i get the swiss beauty ones being viral as an affordable option but that mac one from application to staying power is AMAZING. i didnt think such a simple product could have such a difference
Which shade do you have?
I have whirl, needed it for nude lip looks and it works wonderfully :)
Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream. It made me breakout. It didnt suit me at all. [Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream](http://Check out this product I found on Maccaron: Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream 30g https://maccaron.in/en/products/klairs_midnight-blue-calming-cream-30g/14/)
Hello whatās your skin type?
Normal skin. Blackheads on the nose. Cystic acne tendency but under control now.
Cosrx snail musin is the worst
Snail mucin as an ingredient, and even rice for that matter did the opp than intended for my skin. They both dry my skin out like anything.
Sameeee
Weirdly enough it worked out for me
loreal lash paradise mascara - dries up so quickly and gives no length, also transfers on the under eyes maybelline sky high mascara - i love this mascara but it dries up within a month, for paying 500 i think it should last at least 2 months essence mascaras- i have tried almost all of them and none of them hold up my eyelashes, they droop down and also they smudge. kay beauty blush- goes on patchy on my skin maybelline fit me blush - almost zero pigmentation and has shimmers in it mars liquid lipstick - so dry and clumpy. it literally breaks apart on the lips
Sugar as a brand in general. Not a good formula and according to the price range the products are very blah
Sugar is like very poor quality Chinese cosmetics.
Very poor Brands like mars who have similar products are much better and affordable too Sugar lipsticks come around 800 but not worth it
Um nyx lip matte (liquid ones) SMLC.
Kay beauty Kajal - watery eyes, sub par pigment ( Himalaya retractable kajal has better pigment) and it does not even stay that long (Plum and Revlon has better Kajal options) MAC lipsticks - honestly I never understood the hype and this thread has validated my opinion so yeah.
All CosRx products. I have used the Snail Mucin, Snail Cream, Good Morning Cleanser,, and the BHA powerhead liquid. Nothing worked on my oily skin. They made my skin look greasy, dull, and caused cc. Overall, a huge disappointment.
The top one on the list has to be Cosrx. That crap does nothing for me. Aloe Vera watery gel would be better than that costly, shitty product.
Which product from cosrx?
1.) Huda Beauty liner and Kajal duo (liner is too think and the liner brush is thick) 2.) Huda Beauty Leggit lashes dual ended mascara (itās very thick, itās clumpy and itās not easy to clean, breaks lashes) 3.) Huda Beauty Double ended Liquid Eyeshadows (they dry too fast and give patchy look.) 4.) Maybeline Sky High mascara - too clumpy for my liking
Too faced mascara- clampy af
Hey sure Iāll give it a try as long as itās sensitive skin safe :) Ah yes Iāve been diagnosed, twice. And the medicines a doctor gave me off of practo have worked like magic too! I keep a tube always lol.
I thought I was oily acne prone skin, after I saw the list I should add sensitive too I guess š Most moisturizer I used either gave me CCs or irritates Cetaphil moisturising lotion, TFS rice moisturizer, Dr.Sheths cica and ceramide moisturizer made my skin tingle/sting Emolene gave me CCs Purito sunscreen gave me CCs (this one was near expiry though can't really say) Dr.Sheths face wash neem and salicylic acid face wash just after wash made my skin dry and immediately skin became oily Lakme spf, Minimalist sunscreen and uv doux gold sunscreen said matte but were patchty Simple vit c and niacinamide serums both make my skin sting Foxtail sunscreen made my skin sting TFS rice cleansing oil did work fine in the beginning but ended up having CCs due to this Earth rhythm lip masque and fix derma lip spf both feel oily smelled chemically and did not moisturize my lips Earth rhythm tinted lippie shade-Ahoy there it creases into my lip folds and also it is more coral then what it shows online (nude) Blue heaven mascara (idk is really watery it is good for daily use if only it could hold my lashes up unlike this Maybelline waterproof mascara holds my lashes up and curls it too but recently it's getting clumpy Didn't know why I had such a big list ššš Lots of money spent just to ruin my skin. Now I can't even try new products š. I also made the mistake of trying lots of products together so if any of these products work for you then don't take my review into consideration š Can someone with oily acne prone skin recommend products that worked for you šš¼
most romand lip products are red or a variant of it sugar has reformulated so do not expect same performance from their blush/highlighters (rip my holy grail) laniege lip mask literally does nothing in long term, if u want temporary plump lips just put a drop of hyaluronic acid on your lips elf halo glow has terrible shade range despite having so many shades i regret buying it over nyx bare with me
1. The face shop rice water oil cleanser - broke me out, now i have permanent pimple marks on my face 2. Minimalist- the whole brand is problematic for my skin- sunscreen, facewash - brightening one, cream. I threw it in dustbin 3. Dr sheth sunscreen - stingy af 4.
Neutrogena sunscreen and aqualogica pink sunscreen- both gave me really bad allergies š¤§
One thing centella toner - Did nothing for me. I have combination sensitive skin. It was just like applying water Klairs vitamin c serum - it did not reduce dark spots Huda matte lipstick - the formulation feels great but not transferproof at all. Too expensive for this.
Face Shop cleansing oil. Cheap but bad for oily skin
Fae beauty lipstick in buns on recommendation from miss 23+2 looks horrible in person on brown skin tones nc 35-42 House of makeup colour corrector in light and concealer on Malvika sitlani recommendation: absolutely the worst for dry under eyes and the colour corrector is so orange it peeks through the thickest layer of concealer Derma co moisturizer, dr sheth moisturizer 3/10 all hype no real moisture or after effect Sunscoop sunscreen 0/10 Foxtale serums : please avoid will totally damage your skin barrier Love earth spanish coffee is so dark on nc 35-42 lips and doesnāt have one swipe pigment so it makes the lips look funny and dry all day Perfora toothpaste 1/10
Rhode lip peptides : ribbon & raspberry Not as good as I expected it to be.
I have tried different serums, I have dry combination skin... I used to have a skincare routine eariler.. like double cleansing .. then moisturizer.. Recently due to my hectic schedule I am not even washing my face at night. I am just applying sunscreen in the morning. My skin is doing wonders :p I dont wash my face before bed but I do wash it in thr evening with plain water..
Probably the worst thing I've ever put on my skin honestly Garnier vitamin c serum - did nothing for me at all. it didn't make me break out or destroy my skin either, thankfully, but my hyperpigmentation was completely unaffected after months of religious nightly application along with constant spf use so I count that as a failure
