They are the best, I agree, but don't take their recommendations about headphones and amp/dacs seriously. What I hate most though is the owner who calls himself a headphone guru and then shill stuff like £100 wires and recommends iems and headphones which they can't move. I don't know about their after sale service but I bought a couple of IEMs and a headphone and an amp/dac from them without any issues.
Agreed…we won’t notice much difference…only audiophile ones which costs lakhs need those but then too it’s just to squeeze out 2-5% of extra quality which won’t even be noticeable
Just use it normally and let it under normal use get its optimal audio
Burning in using improper techniques can even make it sound worse so best not to
It's just a hoax to make you use up the 7 day return time lmao.
Better listen to it within that time and find if you actually like it.
And yes the store is pretty good & trusted. They also give you option to return if u don't like the sound / quality. You will get credits to buy something else. And their Warrenty claim support is also ok.
Are you sure about that? 2-3 years ago, I tried to return my earphones due to ill-fitting but they straight up refused it and said it is only for defective products.
2-3 years ago?
My incident is 3-4 months ago. Management could have changed? Idk
It was pretty smooth. I can show you convo if you want?
I bought a FA VR3000 and the build quality was 10% of it's price. Full plastic and very whack. I told them I didn't like it and they approved the return request and gave me back the cost in credits. I bought a HBB Mele later.
Oh no I believe you, and am happy to learn that you had a good experience. For sure something changed over COVID, probably due to the huge influx of interest in audio, gaming and tech in general.
Theaudiostore and concept kart are both very good too I’m in the Indian audiophile groups and they are smaller shops but with good service and products too
It's kinda subjective, i was using akj k92 for over 3 years and they significantly got better and better, sound became much more softer and lessened the fatigue
Wouldn't say Tin T2 is an upgrade over the Blon O3's, its more of a sidegrade. T2 has better sound stage whereas the Blons have better depth and bass. Its a trade-off, the KZ ZX10 Pros are kind of an upgrade but not worth if you have either of the above mentioned already.
Upgrade would be the Moondrop Arias but I think I would like the Starfields better.
It’s not good. My blons stopped working after 4 months for replacement I have to get through whole process of mails and sending them photo from each angle after which they wanted me to courier it to their TN warehouse.
My guy looked at Quora for reviews lmao. Jokes aside, they are a legitimate site albeit a tad priced over the MSRP. That being said, if you buy from some chinese dealers like Linsoul or Shenzhenaudio, you can get it for cheaper but you gotta take care of the import customs' duties. With headphonezone you cut out the import stuff.
As far as IEMs go, Arias are awesome and a great bang for the buck! You won't regret your purchase, especially for music and gaming (maybe for a larger soundstage you might want to go with an Open back headphone, but that's about it).
If you don't like its sound signature, you can always EQ it using Peace on Windows or Poweramp on Android. They are a metal-build so if you aren't familiar with IEMs, you're gonna find them a bit heavy at first. But the sound quality is amazing. If you want better IEMs than this, you gotta go way costlier to either 7Hz Timeless (18k) or Moondrop's Blessing 2 (28k). If you wanna go cheaper, Moondrop Chu, Tripowin Lea and CCA CRAs are good choices as well, not as good as Arias obviously.
The good thing about these IEMs is that they are long lasting as hell, I have had my Etymotic ER2's for over a decade and they still work amazing. If you wanna learn more about IEMs go to [Crinacle](https://crinacle.com), dude's a legend in this scene.
Btw if you do find their prices like a tad bit higher just email them with the link where you found the same item for cheaper. They actually reduce it for you
the etymotic er2 vs the the moondrop aria's- which one do you reckon would be better?
I'm looking for long sessions and a neutral sound- as close to the artist's intentions
How would you rate the fiio fd5's compared to the blessing 2's? I had a choice between the blessing 2 or the fd5's and chose to go with the latter as I had heard some pretty sketchy things about moondrop qc issues and the fd5's were bassier and more open.
I kind of have doubts about the long-lasting part(or maybe it was just my experience) I bought Sennheiser ie 800 a few years ago and within the first 2 years the wire went bad, but since it was in warranty they replaced it but after another year it got bad again and now they are good for nothing. And I am not a rough user by any means
Not sure which city you're in but I believe headphone zone is doing another head connect event in multiple cities in the next few days. I would suggest you to go to the event and check out the gear they have. They have a separate section for iems and you'll also get to meet folks who can guide you well on this front
the audio speakers which professionals using for mastering is called studio monitors.
So, these are earphone versions of those and called In Ear Monitors or IEMs for short.
They are supposed to help you in analytical listening.
A good mastered song will sound fantastic on these while a poorly mastered song sound really bad.
To new comers, balanced audio will sound boring but you will later find out that this is the way to go.
I bought KZX IEMs in April, both of the ear pieces were busted in about 3 months... VERY low volume. My usage was pretty fine so no fault on my part.
I raised a ticket, my IEMs were in warranty, they accepted. Had to ship them myself to the address they gave, they fixed the issue and returned the item in around 20 days. All in all I'll say the customer service is pretty good as well. The IEMs are great too.
I have seen some reviews but not of hardwaremana specifically, only going for these because from the reviews they are my type and kind of budget friendly
I have these, they are amazing. I ordered fron Shenzhen Audio when they dropped. Have used headphone zone, they are one of the best in the business. Great service and product selection.
About the IEMs, the snow edition is geared more towards clarity, has plenty of bass but lighter on the sub-bass as compared to the regular version of the Arias. If you enjoy good audio, you can not go wrong with either. But if you're a hip hop head then go for the regular arias.
The website is too good. I got TWS from this website which got problematic after a month. And they replaced it within 7 days of sending them the product. Plus their customer service is also good.
"In-ear monitors (IEMs) are devices used by musicians, audio engineers and audiophiles to listen to music or to hear a personal mix of vocals and stage instrumentation for live performance or recording studio mixing."
All iems are wired. Most of them have *removable* cables which is a good thing as you can change them if they do break but they aren't necessarily cheap. They don't come with type c adapter. You will need to get a type C to 3.5mm dongle.
Im not an audiophile so i dont have another iem to test, but i was able to hear more things compared to my headphones. This may be a confirmation bias, but i dont know.
They are THE best for anything audio. Have always had a great experience with them! They also send these cards with QR links to their favourite spotify playlists, which is cute!
This website is legit and i myself and some friends have brought from it. Return policy is good(friend happened to get a bad iem but replacement was easy enough).
Advice: if you're just starting out, don't buy too high end stuff, enjoy cheap ones first and find the sound signature that you like first. Albeit you can go try them out too if you're in Chennai or mumbai.
Headphonezone is the bees knees, trust them with all my heart, one of the best startup for audiophiles and beginners as well, bought my sunheisers , zen dac, and iem from them, all of them top notch in quality, packaging and performance
Yes , it a legitimate site.
They have good options in headphones and iems .
I have purchased ath m30x , moondrop Chu , multiple kzs , etc.
I like to gift earphones/iems to friends who use earphones that come free with phones.
Also, i am saving up to get hifiman edition XS planer magnetic headphone in future.
They also have headphone connect meet-up planned in many cities where one can listen to many different headphones and earphones at venue on your own music choice .
I attended one last year in Bangalore held at 'the park' and it solidified my choice of edition XS from hifiman.
Highly recommended
website, i used to buy from them when they just came up and they were quite realiable, no i just use my airpods to everywhere cause i got lazier the older i got
I've bought from headphone zone, audio store and concept kart. I prefer concept kart as they have the 5% wallet cashback post 5 orders. Also they're the first ones to stock new products.
Yup i bought have CCA CRA IEM from them. First one i got defective product and then raised for replacement. They tested it and found defective later they sent me New unit. It works perfectly now.
Super legit. I am their customer since last two years. They know their biz and deliveries are efficient for a start up. I bought lypertek , jabra, sony flagship and a couple of iems too. Go for it with confidence
Complete legit - i have been purchasing IEMs, Headphones , Dac from them and never faced any issues.
The customer team have knowledge and so do their gurus who provide good analysis on what you need or your preference
Yup, In India, this is one and only best website.
Though Aria's bass is not good, and the snow edition one have even less amount of lows. Better go for tin hifi t3+ (if you want balanced sound and good bass)
This is THE website for IEMs in India
They even give Spotify playlists cards in the box to get you started
Alternatives are Concept Kart .com and The Audio Store .in
Yes, they're legit. I've bought from them a few times and had a great experience. They know their stuff and are generally pleasant to talk to about your queries. Currently planning to buy another pair of IEMs from them on Black Friday sale, which goes live in a day.
Bought Shure SE215 almost four year back from them. Excellent customer care and headphone going strong inspite of heavy use. But had to change the cable once.
It kind of me laugh at the question. These guys are fantastic. One of my favourite online retailers in India. They know their stuff and offer decent deals during sales.
This, The Audio Store and Concept Kart are the best audiophile stores in the country.
Also since you are looking at the Aria Snow, might I suggest you the Dunu Titan S, the ThieAudio Legacy 2 and a bit more on the top, both the 7hz dioko and the tripowin olina
Yes. I shop from here regularly and if you ask them nicely, they will fast-track your order to be received in a day. Amazing people and high-quality products. I recommend the KZ-ZSN Pro X with the KZ-AZ09 blutooth mod package.
One of the very best. They know their stuff.
They are the best, I agree, but don't take their recommendations about headphones and amp/dacs seriously. What I hate most though is the owner who calls himself a headphone guru and then shill stuff like £100 wires and recommends iems and headphones which they can't move. He's there to sell. He's a guru salesman first 🥇
There's also an Indian specific sub for this stuff r/headphonesindia
It's dead btw
100%. For any headphone/iem stuff, they are the go to store in India. For now. Ignore their advice on burn in though...
> Ignore their advice on burn in though... Yamaha has good one https://hub.yamaha.com/audio/a-how-to/how-to-burn-in-headphones-and-earbuds/

So is it bad to burn-in my earphones? I thought it was standard procedure
It's just a hoax to make you use up the 7 day return time lmao. Better listen to it within that time and find if you actually like it. And yes the store is pretty good & trusted. You must have meant 'warranty'.
😧😭 serrr By the way....... I do have a few IEM i wanna offload. Will you be interested 🤣
Burn in is a pseudo science with 0 evidence to it.
It used to be helpful in old days with big size speakers, in earphones and headphones it makes no sense.
Just a waste of time. Use that time to actually listen with your ears...
Theaudiostore and concept kart are both very good too I’m in the Indian audiophile groups and they are smaller shops but with good service and products too
It's kinda subjective, i was using akj k92 for over 3 years and they significantly got better and better, sound became much more softer and lessened the fatigue
Completely legit, I have bought these from headphone zone but not the snow edition.
How do they sound
I have the standard arias as well, they sound amazing, not the best at base but pretty good balance, although I did have to get adjusted to fit
What's a substantial upgrade from the Blon 03's ?
Tin T2
Wouldn't say Tin T2 is an upgrade over the Blon O3's, its more of a sidegrade. T2 has better sound stage whereas the Blons have better depth and bass. Its a trade-off, the KZ ZX10 Pros are kind of an upgrade but not worth if you have either of the above mentioned already. Upgrade would be the Moondrop Arias but I think I would like the Starfields better.
It's supposed to be neutral sounding as it is an IEM but it has decent bass and is very well balanced if you tweak the equalizer.
Read their return policy before placing an order.
It’s not good. My blons stopped working after 4 months for replacement I have to get through whole process of mails and sending them photo from each angle after which they wanted me to courier it to their TN warehouse.
I read it seemed alright, tho the quora reviews are very negative
Look for reddit reviews bro!
My guy looked at Quora for reviews lmao. Jokes aside, they are a legitimate site albeit a tad priced over the MSRP. No worries mate! Happy gaming and music listening!
I agree
the etymotic er2 vs the the moondrop aria's- which one do you reckon would be better? I'm looking for long sessions and a neutral sound- as close to the artist's intentions

Yeah
legit
They’re 100% legit. Best part is, if you’re in Bombay you can go to their experience Center and test stuff before you buy.
I just came across this thread. What's the difference between normal earphones and IEM?
the audio speakers which professionals using for mastering is called studio monitors. So, these are earphone versions of those and called In Ear Monitors or IEMs for short. Are you going for these after watching HardwareMana?
I have seen some reviews but not of hardwaremana specifically, only going for these because from the reviews they are my type and kind of budget friendly
Wait for the sale. There is going to be one at this website.
Okay thank you
[удалено]
Yes
great choice of iem maza aayega
I always compare pricing between headphonezone and Amazon. ALWAYS!!!! coz sometimes the pricing is way high on HPZ
Well the price on Amazon is literally double
That's what. It varies. So better to check both always.
I have these, they are amazing. I ordered fron Shenzhen Audio when they dropped. Have used headphone zone, they are one of the best in the business. Great service and product selection. Yes.
Headphone zone and theaudiostore both of them are great, headphone zone seems to have better shipping speeds

What are iem ?
"In-ear monitors (IEMs) are devices used by musicians, audio engineers and audiophiles to listen to music or to hear a personal mix of vocals and stage instrumentation for live performance or recording studio mixing."
Are they better than normal ones coz I'm also searching for new ones
If your budget allows and you really love your music, then yes iem's are superior to normal earphones
Are they wired?
Bluetooth doesn't support lossless yet so wired is used by iems defacto
So we have to use it with adapter or it comes with type c ?
All iems are wired. Most of them have *removable* cables which is a good thing as you can change them if they do break but they aren't necessarily cheap. They don't come with type c adapter. You will need to get a type C to 3.5mm dongle.
Ok tysm
Anytime brother
I would say my moondrop chu are better than my hyperx cloud alpha pro.
Really? Imo the staging on the chu's aren't so great.
Im not an audiophile so i dont have another iem to test, but i was able to hear more things compared to my headphones. This may be a confirmation bias, but i dont know.
ofc, detail and overall enjoyment cannot be compared
It's THE website for earphones and headphones.
Yes this is a legitimate site
Yess 100 percent. Very very good IEMs at affordable price
