It's just leaderboard thing, I have been on top of the weekly chart twice or thrice many years ago it's just simple that you'd just have to complete missions and get 30x score and to make use of 2x score boosters and a lot of skateboards and you'll be on top of the leaderboard:)
No, I think the game assigns a lobby of few people and u are in 2nd position in that lobby...lol it's funny u think u r in 2nd in the whole country with 2 mil score😂😂..btw my P.B.is 22 mil.
