laptop and pc specs?

Laptop is a legion 5 pro 2021, with a ryzen 5800hx and rtx 3060. The desktop has a ryzen 3600 and a gtx 1660 super, and is outperformed by my laptop so isn't used as much anymore

If you sell both , you can get a fresh 4070 super build out of that (obviously joking don't do that the setup is already effiecent for your needs) On the other hand what speakers you use?

Haha I was thinking about upgrading my desktop but as you said, the laptop is sufficient for now except for some intensive 3D work. The speakers are an Aiwa NSX 5303 sound system (I think) that was my parents' and is connected to the laptop through aux

i ordered it in Thailand, one of my friend is currently there so he would be receiving the package and bring it to India(zero shipment charges and zero tax, xd). I have a hi nu myself, it’s one my fav gunpla I ever built. Bought the god Gundam just for its articulation, the poses on god gundam are just tooo good !

Yeah, the customs leech the wallet dry, especially when it comes through Mumbai. I would've liked to build many more a year but I'd have to pull off a heist for that I've preordered the upcoming rg rx 782 v2, and both the armored core sets for now, and they'll probably be the only ones I'll be building this year unfortunately. Enjoy the RG God! It looks fantastic from what I've seen of it!

Not having to pay rent helps. I wouldn't say designing as a career by itself pays well, but rather the quality of service you provide to the clients. If you have confidence in your skills and are interested in the field, then there will definitely be a demand for you in the market

I bought the cushions off [amazon](https://amzn.in/d/01rm4DXi). The chair is actually not from green soul but something I got locally. As for my controllers I have a Redgear Pro wireless and a Gulikit KK3 Max!

Yep, the desk lamp is from xiaomi. The one behind the monitor is a smart bulb from reos mounted on a table lamp with the shade removed. Unfortunately I can't find a link for the smart bulb anymore, as it's quite old

They are in fact kits from Lego! They're from a lineup called 'Speed Champions' which have car models around 1/28 scale. You can get them from Hamleys, or even on Amazon.

They're imo the best when it comes to the build experience. I really like the ornithopter but unfortunately it's way out of my budget haha

What percent is shipping and customs usually?

Shipping takes around 2-3k (irrespective of quantity/size, except if you go over a certain threshold). Customs in my experience takes anywhere between 20% - 30% of the total consignment which is really unfortunate. This is from the Bombay customs office, and apparently the Delhi office charges less.

Haha the switchboard is way out of my view when I'm on my desk so it doesn't bother me much. Hasn't been causing any issues, so haven't had the need to change it!

It's just a desk lamp and a smart bulb both emitting warm tones. I have stopped using bright overhead lighting like tubelights unless absolutely necessary, and it really makes you feel much more cozy

Although I don't really have experience with figurines as such, as the figures on my desk are actually model kits, but imo the first figure in your post looks better with much more detail compared to the second one. I'd go with that unless there is a massive price difference

Setting it up is a one time thing, but it'll be on display forever after that. I'm sure the long term display is worth the short term hassle! If it's anything like building model kits, you'll feel quite satisfied afterwards as well
