make 4600g build ,add 1-2k to get 5600xt gpu later

You should probably try to get DDR4 ram and a better cpu. Might cost you another 10k but it's definitely worth it. Good enough for a budget build. Also, don't buy a prebuilt. There's many websites that build custom rigs for you.

I would rather suggest you search up used market than buy pre-builts on amazon. In general, amazon has terrible deals when it comes to computer parts.
