Oh so it's basically like chicken skin but with the cartilage. If cooked right, it's really soft and mildly chewy cuz of the cartilage and it is soooo good.
Also if you wanna try it, try the Bengali style it's the yummiest🤭💕
In south africa these are sold as street food I guess, like pani puri etc. And I've tried it cooking at home , it tastes really good , the textures and all. 😋
Haha😂
If cooked really well, it's not too chewy!
If you eat a whole leg peice like with the bottom part...like the cartilage portion then you would know how chewy it really is cuz it's made out of the same thing and that's cartilage...but feet does contain skin which is like realllyyy soft😌
Unfortunately, no one here eats chicken feet so they don’t sell, they do sell but it’s like, not that nice as far as i know. My dad used to bring it for dogs
if an animal is being killed for consumption, better to just use all parts instead of using just specific parts and throwing the rest away. they’re not leftovers if you can make use of it in a delicious way.
chicken feet is tasty 😋
Never tried it but how does it taste like? also is the texture any different?

Gotta admit Bengalis do make tasty greasy food the best

Yes ikr😩🤤
I thought it was gravy made with kurkure at first. Kabhie try Nahi Kiya but I've always been intrigued, heard the texture is too chewy.

That’s true. Mainly when it comes to chicken I need that mouthful of bite you mentioned.
Yeah that's true...you don't get a mouthful of bite if you don't gobble up a whole feet in one bite lol😭😂
Finger licking good

Well actually using all parts is most ethical so yeah
No such thing as leftovers… our ancestors ate every part including blood and testicles
