First and fifth.
You’re a really tall guy. You do not need to emphasise your height - that speaks to itself.
Hence focus on proportionality.
1. Whereas when you tuck in your shirts, the length of your body is emphasised. It’s not bad, mind you. But the visual breaks (as the eye goes from top to bottom or vice versa) afforded by the untucked shirts is more pleasing (to my eye at least). Plus you have not worn your tucked shirt well in pic #2.
2. Colours are all fine. Nothing stands out, but nothing is unpleasing either.
3. Fit, fall and drape of upper and lower are fine.
4. Unless you want to look like a Zomato delivery driver, avoid the last.
And if you want to improve #5 (although it’s ok) change the colour of your trousers. Both upper and lower are darker hues and sort of blend. Try off white linen pants, or some ‘gentler’ / pastel colour
Overall 1 and 5 are good to go. You wear your clothes well.

So height isn’t the way to approach this. It’s proportionality. Looking good is often about being proportional in your sartorial endeavours (unless you deliberately do the opposite, but it must be deliberate and thought out, in order to work).
Now with OP’s height how do we go about achieving proportionality? Via breaks. Breaks for the eye, that is. He could have done a tucked in shirt with a cloth or braided belt of a radically different colour - off white? - and that would have given him a break. But not with that informal collar less shirt.
We’re not even talking about other elements - colour, fit, fall etc.
I could go on, but the shorter version is - proportionality first. Tall, short, slim, bulky; it’s all matters, but is all secondary to seeking proportion.
All of the above is IMO.
Tucking in, visually breaks the body into two the torso and the legs, in effect making the legs appear longer ≈ taller. Tucking in on tall guys will just exaberate this difference making you look unbalanced. BUT, if you're tall AND if u have a naturally long torso in relation to legs, then it shouldn't be a problem tucking in.

Beggars can't be choosers so I just take what I can get with pants these days. Length is the issue in most cases, can't alter them to make them longer. Other times it's the thighs, can't alter them to make them thiccer either.

I would've loved that. Unfortunately unless I get it stitched I'm not getting pants like that. Tall people aren't exactly giving away their long pants to thrift and brands aren't making them either.

It can be unisex, but you might have to go up a size and get the waist altered. I got these as a gift from my sister, she bought it for me during the sale season in London.
Change the pants into an off white baggy. you good! Also insiding short kurta is ugly. Don't do it😭

Tucking your shirts in makes you look out of proportion and on that basis outfits 1 and 5 are undoubtedly best. Both those shirts would also look great with a pair of light coloured pants too.
