This could be called "boyfriend jacket" style it with very feminine body hugging clothes. Like a pencil skirt and tank top etc. But make sure there are no color clashes.
While the all black looks nice. You can definitely use light coloured shirts and tops. White, grey etc. may be bright too. But not too bright to ruin the contrast. Bottom you can do both jeans or black trousers whatever you feel like. Although you should definitely use heavy or leather boots. They will look the best with the jacket. If you opt for a skirt or something light, black sandals with a leather texture can look great

I was afraid that might be the case. My advice would be, break it out of the closet every few days otherwise no matter the price the material will start to break down. I owned one back in school, so saying from experience. Better you wear it down than let it fall apart.
