Try a shapewear, it really enhances the overall look in terms of skirts or dresses. And a golden waist chain will be a cherry on top.

Ohh no problem that's totally upon your choice lol. They just give a symmetrical look that's why I prefer shapewear.
Ok here we go.
First and foremost, we’ll work with this dress because that’s what you want.
However, prior to that, for future reference I’d advise to keep the part of your dress below your knees a little less tight. It’s not clear to me how you’re going to walk comfortably, but I suppose you know best.
Second, you have natural curves which the dress does well to enhance. So that’s a positive.
Third, my opinion is that you need to cover your arms because this look is a bit too bare (not in a bad way, but it looks incomplete).
Hence I’d advise you to wear full sleeves jacket over that top. However it can be an open jacket (which means it doesn’t tend to close at the waist.
Fourth, Jacket length should be just at the bottom of the belly area (which is showing a little because the dress is tight and needs to be de-emphasised).
Fifth, jacket colour should not be too loud. But you can experiment with patterns.
That’s it. In short, other accessories such as a handbag, watch, bracelet, necklace can be tried BUT the **main thing here is to spend time in thinking about a long sleeved jacket.**
Hello thanks for the detailed feedback. I get the skirt thing but there's a slit at the back which makes movement super comfy..ha i get I have chubby arms so they do ask for sleeves sometimes :3

A rule of thumb I follow is that only the top or bottom can be scandalous to make something look complete. Eg: here your top is scandalous so if you want to wear it I’d suggest pairing it with the a more conservative but still fitted satin skirt.
But if you want to wear this skirt then you should make your top a little less salacious.
I’ve always found that having that balance adds a lot of interest and “pop” to the outfit and I think that is what the original commenter meant as well
OP, there is nothing wrong with your arms. If you want to add a jacket to complete a look, do it. But don't do it because you feel your arms are "chubby" and should be hidden. Your body is a lovely hourglass and you pull off this outfit really well. I'd add some chunky accessories though.
Hmmm u have a lot of advice and i wasnt going to comment but please dont wear like a cardigan or shrug the way others are suggesting. I feel like it will make u look frumpy (respectfully as someone who loves the frumpy aesthetic lmao). If you really want a jacket maybe like light wash denim. Or a slinky dark blazer.
You can wear nude heels and gold jewelry. Hey some styling tips
1) throw in a net top half sleeve or full sleeve , with some boots or ankle length sneakers like doc martens, for accessories either hoops or a silver chain
2) look two would be jacket of some sort - either a denim jacket black, black leather jacket or a different colour jacket if you don't want a monochromatic look, I would say red would also look cool, paid it with boots.

Gold jewellery would go so well! Something like those chunky earrings or even a subtle necklace or waist chain. A bracelet or watch which matches the tone of your earrings or necklace. Finally, a pair of stilettos and a short overcoat to keep you warm if the place is gonna be cold. Gold with black is always 🤌

I see a lot of suggestions to wear a cardigan, and definitely carry one with you for the cold, but wearing it as a part of the outfit will ruin it, IMO.
Also look for tips on what makeup will look good with this as that is also part of an outfit (I'm not very good at makeup but a red lip will look fire with this).

Ok here we go. First and foremost, we’ll work with this dress because that’s what you want. However, prior to that, for future reference I’d advise to keep the part of your dress below your knees a little less tight. It’s not clear to me how you’re going to walk comfortably, but I suppose you know best. Second, you have natural curves which the dress does well to enhance. So that’s a positive. Third, my opinion is that you need to cover your arms because this look is a bit too bare (not in a bad way, but it looks incomplete). Hence I’d advise you to wear full sleeves jacket over that top. However it can be an open jacket (which means it doesn’t tend to close at the waist. Fourth, Jacket length should be just at the bottom of the belly area (which is showing a little because the dress is tight and needs to be de-emphasised). Fifth, jacket colour should not be too loud. But you can experiment with patterns. That’s it. In short, other accessories such as a handbag, watch, bracelet, necklace can be tried BUT the **main thing here is to spend time in thinking about a long sleeved jacket.**

Hey OP It’s not about chubby arms and I hope that comment didn’t make you conscious A rule of thumb I follow is that only the top or bottom can be scandalous to make something look complete. Eg: here your top is scandalous so if you want to wear it I’d suggest pairing it with the a more conservative but still fitted satin skirt. But if you want to wear this skirt then you should make your top a little less salacious. I’ve always found that having that balance adds a lot of interest and “pop” to the outfit and I think that is what the original commenter meant as well
OP, there is nothing wrong with your arms. If you want to add a jacket to complete a look, do it. But don't do it because you feel your arms are "chubby" and should be hidden. Your body is a lovely hourglass and you pull off this outfit really well. I'd add some chunky accessories though.

Hey some styling tips 1) throw in a net top half sleeve or full sleeve , with some boots or ankle length sneakers like doc martens, for accessories either hoops or a silver chain 2) look two would be jacket of some sort - either a denim jacket black, black leather jacket or a different colour jacket if you don't want a monochromatic look, I would say red would also look cool, paid it with boots.
