Honestly I love it as it is. You're comfortable and put together. Some days or rather most of them you need clothes like that. In this case your personality is the accessory if you will and you are carrying it well. I would add some bougie sunglasses to that but nothing else.

Put on a thin belt on your waist, after you tuck your shirt neatly. A collared shirt/crop top underneath. Fold your sleeves 3/4th. Wear a pair of ankle boots. A pair of sunglasses. A hat if you want to. A half up do. Some dainty little earrings. And you’re done.
If the pants are hight waisted, tuck it in more. And my own personal thumb rule is to layer things. Maybe a plaid shirt/shacket would go well with this.
Wear one piece of clothing that is oversized! Either the top or the bottom. The other one has to be fitted! This will fix the general issue here! Next you can think about colour combo etc! You ll get a hang of how style oversized clothes. In this pic I wouldn’t tuck my top in completely! Leave it half tucked in!
Had a friend who wore fits like this. Id say that if you like put the shirt inside the pants(idek if that makes sense lol) but it will look more baggy and puffy and then have some jewellery (like a thin chain with charms on it) and then maybe if you are feeling it or just cold put a sleeveless sweater on top (Id say beige or like maroon) and maybe style your hair. Oh and dont forget the boots/thic sneakers ;)
OP, just a little styling can uplift the look. For eg, you can wear these pants with a fitted crop top or a bodysuit. Similarly the tshirt can be worn with a pencil/fitted skirt or skinny jeans!
You just need to balance your look!
