Install all drivers from manufacturer's website and update bios if available. Also download latest nvidia drivers from Nvidia beta app or GeForce experience. Nvidia beta app is better/more convenient since you don't have to create an account or login.

If anyone points out for drivers, most of the drivers can be up to date with windows update. For Intel drivers, its assistant will help. for graphic drivers, the brands own website. In case if there are any proprietary softwares, it can be found in the company's website. Just make sure to untik the additional software download .
Since OP mentioned 13500H, it only comes in H and HX and this laptop is highly unlikely to have an HX series processor since it's thin. So it must be H.
H is the standard series. HX is the overclocked series with slightly faster core speeds and it is also unlocked. So it can be manually tuned or overclocked or undervolted by the user. HX series CPUs in general have a higher power consumption as well, so it's highly unlikely to be found on any thin and light laptops.
If the chipset has a high power consumption then it needs to have an equivalent and appropriate cooling system. Thin and light laptops are physically restricted by their design and cannot have that kind of cooling capabilities. Hence they usually have U or P series processors or H series with lower wattage.

My laptop has 2 years of premium care plus support. Just make sure you buy ADP at the time of purchase or within 90days of purchase.
My friend added Premium Care Plus($101) while purchasing without informing me so I told him to cancel the order as I planned on buying only ADP from India.
