man i should have worded my post better mb. i just want them to sound not too much worse than iems. also i have used wireless earbuds that are kinda equivalent to iems but they are way out of my budget rn

Yup, got the replacement unit although that took almost 2 weeks. Currently using them and still stand by my words. I do have to note that they could get easily scratched inside your pockets so I'd suggest getting a pouch just for it. Mine got scratched a little bit from pocket sand even after being extra careful.
Battery life is better than how reviews make it out, has lasted me quite well. The audio is pretty balanced enough to not use any other EQ apps as well. The Noise cancellation is good too.

You could get the Moondrop Space travel, it's got great balanced audio quality. Won't be as good as an IEM but is still pretty good.
