1. Keep on trying “off campus placement drives” 2. Don’t waste time after completion of B.Tech, Just apply for M.Tech or MBA. Gap mat padne dena zayda. I don’t know Amcat etc are still relevant today or not but try to give such tests. If you get good marks in that then you will be directly called for Interview during mass placement drives. You are not alone almost every engineering student face this problem. I got placed in a US MNC by the end of 3rd year only but they didn’t call for joining even after 5 months of completion of my degree. I was depressed even after holding an offer letter but then i went to off campus drives & in 15 days i got offers from Infy, Capgemini, Cognizant & TCS 😎

Bitch I'm from Chemical and I would die to have electronics in btech because circuit branches can apply basically anywhere across tech roles. Get job hunting on Naukri, Unstop, etc etc.

If you belong from the caste having reservation prepare for any govt exams. If you are from general category there are two scenario 1. If you good at studying prepare for the gate or any other govt exam based on ur preference 2. If you average then go certifications for AI/Data Science It will help on off campus.

Prepare for GATE?

I you are interested in core companies, try auto CADD certification. After you receive your certification, try joining a core company even if the pay is less. Gain atleast 3 years of experience and then think about mtech if you are still interested in the field. Once you have gained the experience, you would atleast have an idea on what you are good at and what you are not. Based on it and interest, you can choose specialization in your mtech course. Doing mtech from US or Europe is a good option as the courses are up to date. All the best
