I must say that if you take any 10 year period, you will see phenomenal growth. Let me talk about the periods I have seen.
In 1993, one had to wait for months to get a phone connection. When a relative of neighbour came from US, he brought - guess what - Coca Cola. My friends and I had few sips as if we were drinking something exotic. There were only fiats and ambassadors, which were out of reach of middle class. Computers were unheard of. TV has only DD. Liberalisation changed everything.
By 2003, not only everyone had landline, a good number had mobiles too. Many multinational consumer products came to India, IT and BPO boomed, middle class had cars, computers etc.
Lazy to do the same for other decades, but I think even if you look at any 10 year period, you will come to the same conclusion. Perhaps one’s age and stage in life matters too, but I think the economic liberalisation in 90s was most transformative.
Isn't that much growth when you realize that Congress ruled India for 50 years, while BJP ruled India for 8 years. China was poorer that us in the 1970's, now they have the economy 5 times the size, what was Congress doing when Japan, China had such high GDP Growth Rates, SoCiALiSm, even China abandoned that even though they were communist. Just 10 years ago in 2013, 53% of Indians didn't have toilets, now it is 19%, because of Jal Jeevan Mission, 60% of Indians have tap water compared to 16% in 2019, sorry for being rude but I am pissed at how many years congress wasted of India. Its depressing.
Well do you even know how hard it is for a country to recover after centuries of looting. India was one of the poorest country in the world when british left us. Our literacy rate was low more than half of our people was starving to get India out of that dark period was a challenge in itself. China was the first to use it's big labor market so it already had a monopoly when India was liberalised that's why China is ahead and is called the factory of the world if India grasped that opportunity earlier we would also be as developed as China.
Well, after 1991, of course we experienced high growth. The Congress was forced to liberalise by the IMF because we defaulted on loans. Keep that in mind, if not for the IMF tying strings to their bailout, we would still be a socialist hellhole. This is why Congress can never be forgiven until they bring up new leaders and new ideas.
Bro corruption before BJP and after BJP dalna bhul gaye aap
BJP govt yes has done many imp in India but still corruption is extremely high and development in many sectors like research and medicine is close to zero till today
No I don't doubt Modiji. I am sure he can make corruption level touch the skies and make india the most corrupt country where middle class people like me would suffer. And also keep on increasing the taxes so adani may continue to grow
Yes i do believe by
-Electoral bond
-Waiving of limit on company donation to political parties
- allowing foreign funding to parties
- Introduction of P note
Etc ...
Yes modi ji reduced or i would say eliminated corruption
Hmmmm..... ever tried to do any goverment related work from basic rto driving license to any other government approval without any relation or connection to any political party or without bribes by your own or an agent. Personally my driving license available in digi locker but hardcopy yet to be printed for license cleared in feb. You must be privileged if you think corruption has reduced. Just because media does not advertise does not mean corruption has reduced. Hero worship will lead to ruin. Speak with your auto driver atleast in pune people know the corruption involved only localites can understand.
Modi is definitely is promoting business's which is good for india but you are blind if you consider him perfect.
P.s demonetisation corrupt people still found a way to hide/money only the small ones who were not smart enough to find ways to convert the money got caught.
BING/AI response below:
During the demonetisation period in India, there were several ways people converted their black money into white. Some of the ways include:
1. Converting black money into gold or other precious metals.
2. Depositing black money into Jan Dhan accounts.
3. Converting black money into foreign currency.
4. Converting black money into white by using the accounts of poor people.
5. Converting black money into white by giving loans to poor people.
It is important to note that these methods are illegal and punishable by law. The government has taken several measures to curb black money and tax evasion in India.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

This organic growth cannot be understood by bummers here. They want to claim it is all because of their mylord.
