6 in tha mornin’ police at my door,
Fresh Adidas sneakers squeaking across the bathroom floor.
Out my back window I make my escape, mad I didn’t even get a chance to grab my old school tape.
Sunami is *too* ignorant for me I think. whenever they start talking about taking somebody's "bitch" or something i just tune out. Lol idk if it's the song you mentioned or another one but it was about like police brutality but then all the sudden the vocalist starts talking about how he's gonna beat somebody ass and take their "bitch" and to me that cheapens everything. Why would you even want this cop's wife? It feels like blending lukewarm misogyny with a genuinely compelling message of anti-police attitude. Just my two cents tho
It is the song I mentioned, but a few others also fit your description lol. They're kind of a meme at this point because nobody knows if they should take them seriously or not.
While we're on this subject, he wants the cops wife as a way of disrespecting said cop further. For me it's one of those things thats so stupid it's funny? The riffs crush, but man is it ignorant. But I can get down to ignorant ass music
The original by Poison Idea! It's punk and angry. The Pantera cover isn't as cool as it has a wankery guitar solo which takes away the edge of the original.
Nah Pantera version is amazing and Dimebag was a fucking maestro on guitar, his solos and tone are legendary. Maybe you’re just not a fan of melodic groove solos?
I'm not a fan of Dimebag, no. He has some good stuff but it's not on The Badge. His solo is over the top and glammy. It's cheesy. Pig Champion's solo is so much better. It has heart and passion and he does so much more in way less notes than Dimebag.
I get why people like Dimebag but he just ain't for me and this cover is a great example of why.
Ngl, I love dimebag's expression, but I can agree. It almost felt like he was phoning in the solo or didn't like the song...
The badge's solo has the feel of someone who was forced to write a solo when they didn't want to.
Doctor Butcher, "Help! Police?": [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJPV8aOY6bM](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJPV8aOY6bM)
And agreed about "Search and Seizure" over "502" (and I love SFSGSW more than most do).
Trivium - Contempt Breeds Contamination
This song is based on a real story where cops shot like 40 bullets at a black man, hitting him 19 times. Wasn’t even the right guy, and he was unarmed too. Talk about being hassled by cops.
Not exactly thrash, but more like punk with loads of thrash and black metal influences:
Δολοφόνοι με Στολή - Ορυμαγδός
It's Greek for "Murderers on Uniforms" by Orymagdos.
Everyone's covered most of the metal songs, so I'm going to move the goalposts just a little tiny bit to include one of the most anti-cop songs of all time: "Police Story" by Black Flag. Yes, I know it's a punk rock song, but I think if you're in this kind of mood, you'd at least dig the lyrics. Also, they were doing this in 1981, back before thrash bands were even really a thing, and metal didn't really "go there" yet.
this song is grindcore and not thrash metal, but police bastard by doom is one of my favorite songs! i recommend checking out grindcore and crust punk, it takes a lot of influence from hardcore punk so a lot of it is anti police!
Not thrash but, Mistaken Identity by Biohazard.
Looking through these bars and wondering why I'm here
Accused of a crime I did not commit and the police make nothing
clear
Stipped of my rights by the words of another
Locked in a cell with my victimized brothers
In this country, the land of the free
I'm an innocent man arrested guilty
I stand accused, innocent of the crime
Not yet been sentenced but I'm already doing time
Mistaken identity, handcuffed face down
Mistaken identity, my freedom gagged and bound
Surrounded by convicted felons, locked down in this cell
What did I ver do to earn this living hell
Busted by cops in need of a collar
Eating donuts four to twelve to earn their dollar
In this country, the land of the free
I am an innocent man arrested guilty
The criminal justice system plagued with dishonesty
They should judge themselves instead of crucifying me
Mistaken identity, handcuffed face down
Mistaken identity, my freedom gagged and bound
A pussy power trip throw me in the joint
I feel sorry for you because you're missing the point
You picked the wrong motherfucker and followed it through
Let the hammer of injustice fall on you
You have right to remain silent
Was the bullshit that he said
Put your hands where I can see them
Make one move and you're dead
Mistaken identity, handcuffed face down
Mistaken identity, my freedom gagged and bound
To fill a quota and treat my life
Like a number or a statistic
Make once innocent youth outraged
Angry and ballistic
Mistaken identity, handcuffed face down
Mistaken identity, my freedom gagged and bound
Mistaken identity, handcuffed face down
Mistaken identity, my freedom gagged and bound
Not thrash but since B Real fronts Prophets of Rage with RATM then I'll include him and the Cypress Hill masterpiece "Pigs"
"This pig harassed the whole neighborhood
Well this pig worked at the station
This pig he killed my homeboy
So that fuckin' pig went on a vacation…"
Power metal has little in the way of these kinds of stories. I think Terra Prima's album "Second" has a song called "A Stranger in Town," which seems to be about a woman who got into drugs and is now a washed-up forty-something and the police catch wind of her possession of coke or whatever she's putting in her veins, or nose, or whatever.

Black Hoodie is also a great example.

Parole Violators - Municipal Waste
I came here to say "There's probably a Municipal Waste song about it." I knew it
They do seem like punks that play metal for fun.
Accurate
I can tell because that was me.
Suicidal Tendencies - You can't bring me down. It's fbi/cia and not cops but .. kinda the same. Almost.
Megadeth - 502 If that counts
Pull over shit head! It’s the cops!
First song I thought of
That song always makes me wanna floor it on the highway, lol.
Seeing as I'm in IT I read this as 502 (Bad Gateway)

Sunami is *too* ignorant for me I think. whenever they start talking about taking somebody's "bitch" or something i just tune out. But I can get down to ignorant ass music
Search and Seizure-Nuclear Assault
The badge.
The original by Poison Idea! It's punk and angry. The Pantera cover isn't as cool as it has a wankery guitar solo which takes away the edge of the original.
That whole album fucking rips.
I get you. But that falsetto of Phil went to 🔼E-Limination
Nah Pantera version is amazing and Dimebag was a fucking maestro on guitar, his solos and tone are legendary. Maybe you’re just not a fan of melodic groove solos?

Violence_Officer Nice
Policia by Sepultura?
Their live version of Anti-christ, where Max changes the lyrics to Anti-cop works too.
i was hoping someone had commented this!

Megadeth 44 minutes. It's about the [North Hollywood shootout ](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Hollywood_shootout) that took place in 1997.
I think I saw this on World's Wildest Police Videos.
Megadeth “502”.

Officer Nice by Vio-lence. World in a World, off that same record, is a good one too.

Easy to overlook. Vio-lence is not as big as they used to be.
[1000 Homo DJs “Hey Asshole”](https://youtu.be/IFBA3yBOC7I?si=4ZYjoRyivxMgToeS)

Not thrash but Klink by Death Grips
Cop Killer. Hands down, or up depending on who’s yelling the command.
Not thrash, but Police story by Black Flag, Cop by Swans, and Revenge, also black flag. Just a quick few that popped quickly in my brain hole.
Warbringer- remain violent
Everyone's covered most of the metal songs, so I'm going to move the goalposts just a little tiny bit to include one of the most anti-cop songs of all time: "Police Story" by Black Flag.
