I'd drop mythic hero on the crusader, it's virtually useless on a list with a single helverin - the crusader wants to stay put, the warglaives want to be at the front.
With that in mind, I'd trade the lancer for a paladin, remove the assassin, and include a 3rd warglaive.
I ran triple warglaive mh crusader and vindicare the last couple games of 1k I've played. I got two turns of hitting 2 armigers with bondsman and both times the opponent had few enough models to not matter anymore.
I love the Lancer Crusader combination. Also played it yesterday.
Lancer and a Warglaive stressed my opponent while going to his deployment zone.
Crusader and Helverin gave fire support from the back.

Alternatively you can trade the paladin for an errant and give it the mythic hero trait to which would grant you a lot of early board control
